That's not true, his Starfield video is spot on and I watched tens of hours of people shitting on that game(one video alone is 9 hours long). I know what good criticism of Starfield looks like. Similarly, his Dead Rising Demake video was pretty good, and that comes from a life long Dead Rising fan(I completed the 7 Day Survivor achievement just last summer. Look it up). The rest of his videos are pretty meh, so I will give that to you. Still, he does have a few diamonds in the rough.

Factorio: A game that gives you an enormous toolset to solve a problem and expects the player to use their ingenuity, cunning and imagination to beat the game.
Kenshi: A game where you can quite literally do almost anything, this is a Role Playing game in it's purest form. Again, requires imagination to make the most of it.
Rimworld: A strategy game with a wide variety of options to solve a problem, but also very flexible immersive-sim like elements where you can completely turn the game's mechanics on their head and beat scenarios in the way that no other game would even let you. Once again, requires a bit of imagination to get the most of it.
I am seeing a pattern here. All these games are great and give you quite a bit of options in how to play, but none of them are "wage slave simulators". Factorio has you engaging with quite an in-depth engineering and crafting system to escape a sticky situation, Kenshi lets you do quite literally anything you want, there is no main quest, and Rimworld once again has an end goal and how you go about it is up to you. It says a lot about Coby if he sees these fun sandboxes as "wage slave work". I guess he's more comfortable with Breakers and yellow paint filled open world slop simulators, like the rest of his zoomer kind. He sees the game giving him options as "uggh, more work!". He's part of the reason why every single fucking game streamlines everything so that even DSP can beat it, since he's not far off at this point himself.
It’s good you mentioned solipsism too because it’s a defining trait of people who talk about “society not giving men a purpose”. That’s such a vague statement that could be technically true in many small ways but what they mean is that they need a lot of guarantees to be motivated and then project this shortcoming (which is what it is) onto other men who managed to stay in school, build a good resume, and so on. And because these men exist and obviously inspire bitter resentment they invent copes about how they’re all secretly slaves (as they dwell in their mom’s house all day).
Thing is that even if Coby did lift off and have a family, with his negative personality traits he would blame da jooz or whomever is most convenient on anything and everything but himself at any slight pushback or setback. He is a grifter, just not a very good one(or a smart one). Like with everything else in life, he fails at being a good grifter and has to be content with hoping that his para-social slop streams and political outrage videos will give him easy shekels. He admitted straight up that he just wants to make money and do so in the easiest way possible, him using the streams as his therapy sessions aside he lives up to that claim in almost every single one of his streams. Days of him putting any effort into anything he does is long gone, he's just in it for the pear money at this point and hopes he can attract 4chan-esque right wing paypigs from his doom and gloom blackpill videos.
