Where I am they make the petitioner fill out the application for an order of protection them selves at the courthouse no matter what. I assume Aaron is going to show up at trial with his normal guy (that I think everyone is being too hard on).

He confirmed he was at the local lodge where he was spotted by one of Toes fans who said Nicks card was declined. He confirmed he was there that night for Karaoke and Nick plans on using it during the upcoming hearing.

I thought he was going to shut up until the trial, but here he is on July 5th talking about the RO live on a 300 viewer livestream.

Nick's also claiming he's worried about looking like he's witness tampering because Aaron's a state witness. Very interesting, wonder if Aaron's lawyer could use that angle...

Aaron already claimed that in the HRO. Yes, though, I bet Balldo's probation officer raised an eyebrow when he informed who took out a restraining order against him.

That's why it's doubly worse for Nick if he did indeed break the HRO. We have seen from Aaron's court event that they don't care about the background of breaking conditions, but that they were broken. A HRO violation against a state witness. Ow.
