In this clip, he says "they tried to kill me by cop." Not quite claiming it was a swatting. Even though SWAT is indeed part of US police departments, they're not ordinary cops, such that I don't think most people would refer to swatting as "death by cop." Like someone else mentioned earlier in the thread, at most he got a wellness check from an ordinary cop because of stupid little shits calling the police, and then went on with his day knowing it was nothing.
