From everything I have seen in the DeviantArt Horrors thread, most male fetishes center around women being humiliated in some fashion. Whether it be from eating eaten alive or transforming into something nonhuman, it is unsurprising when every single one of those fetish “artists” turn out to be huge misogynists.

One thing that isn’t talked about when it comes to male artists is their penchant for misogyny and pedophilia. Combine with that with sadism and you have the

Totally Spies and Martin Mystery became unwatchable to 12 year old me for this reason. Back then I couldn’t quite put my finger on why the weird scenarios were starting to become off putting to me, but it got to a point where I stopped watching. Martin Mystery was at least more obvious with the goo stuff.

Cow and Chicken, Ripping Friends, Rocko's Modern Life and a couple other shows I can't recall done by the Cow and Chicken people were earlier, but were just as demented as stuff coming out now aimed at adults. Looking back someone on the writing or art team was probably getting off to it. How it got passed the censors is beyond me.
At least when cartoons were 8-22 minute toy commercials they weren't injecting fetishy shit into it. I'm tempted to say it all started with Ren and Stimpy.
