I'm kinda wondering where all that ends up.

In theory, the standard is that it is clear to a generally uninformed person that Aaron was talking about Kayla. From my own knowledge you needed to know the lore very well to understand what Aaron was doing.

The Judge didn't seem to care about that at the sentencing, so I'm curious what avenues are open between now and October to challenge that. Why until October? To basically show he is clean until then?

The prosecutor mentioned multiple police reports. Do they individually need to get taken care of prior to then?

That's not to say Aaron isn't a dipshit for doing it and I even said he deserved a legal slap for it, but I do note that this isn't how it's supposed to work. It's supposed to be to an uninformed person standard. Not to Nick's standard or Kiwifarms level.

Then again, maybe there was something more concrete not yet disclosed. Didn't @Potentially Criminal hint at something like that?

I have it on good authority that you can NEVER EVER tell that someone is high just by their behavior on a live stream. It simply cannot be done. Likewise, how do you know that's cocaine on Aaron's nose and not powdered sugar? Are you a Cocaine psychic? And you aren't seeing Aaron's livestream, you're seeing a compressed and re-broadcast COPY of Aaron's live stream, which can introduce artifacts to include errant pixels ergo you cannot believe your lying eyes with regards to either powdered noses OR weird strung out druggie behavior. And if you're watching it live, and not a COPY of the live, then guess what, stalker? You're still seeing a rebroadcast stream compressed and sent half-way across the country. How do you know the signal wasn't intercepted and tampered with during that transmittal?

Putting on my tinfoil hat for a second. Nick has stated on stream that there are totally reasonable reasons why his voice has changed, reasons that are not related to alcohol or drug abuse. It just so happens that binging and purging will fuck up your larynx big time and damage your vocal cords, weakening your voice. It doesn’t take a long time for this damage to manifest itself either. Bulimia is entirely within the realm of possibility for Nick. And if he is bulimic, we will get fat Nick soon, because bulimics are rarely skinny.

- Obsession about the plea petition for the HRO against Aaron; he wants to see it, thinks Kayla has a right to it

I can recall a few instances that I could not find.
- He said one of the kids gave him a teddy bear, or it was one of skelly's children giving Aaron a plush toy, I forgot
- He has named all of Aaron's kids. I have made no efforts to remember their names so I can't search it.
- He would constantly claim Aaron's children think Aaron is a horrible father, without any hint of self-awareness. This constitutes as talking about his children in my opinion.
