After watching Nick talk about April leaving Aaron twice (Aaron Watch Party on Locals and Pretty AntiSocial), I've picked up on something.

Nick comes off as resentful. He keeps insisting that she shouldn't have left Aaron the way she did.

It seems as though he resentful towards her showing up with boxes of her belongings. He says we don't have room for all that stuff. "You can move into the other house, I guess?"

Ouch. That's a tad cold. I guess the honeymoon phase was over.
He recently said that he was sad, he wished he could talk to her, but the tone is definitely changing.

I'm sure they will stay amicable :)

Hope Aaron is actively making timestamps because Nick is actively disparaging him post-TRO. That can easily lean into the "repeated distressing behaviour" segment of the statute's violations.

Also Nick is underselling the consequences of breaching it. Violating TRO/HROs is a criminal act. He won't just get 36 hours in jail. He'll break his probation and get doubledfisted.

Unless Nick and Kayla invited her to move in with all her shit, she shouldn’t have showed up with all of her shit.

It sounds to me like Nick was urging her to leave Aaron but not necessarily extending the offer for her to stay with them. Maybe he thought she’d get an apartment nearby.

A lot of times people with trust fund access don’t understand that not everyone can instantly put their hands on enough cash for first and last month’s rent and a security deposit— especially not low-paid podcast cohosts.

Whatever happened, Nick isn’t acting as if April is a woman he cares about any longer. If he did, he wouldn’t be talking shit about her on the internet.

Sure hope April doesn’t find out about this. 🤭

wait wait wait....dumb bitch 2 just stated that Kayle texted Aaron the day before he shared the pic to not mention her anymore?!?! Is this the first we are hearing about this text?

I think this is a mix up. We’ve heard before the claim that Kayla texted Aaron before he was due to appear on Kino Casino asking him not to mention her.
That’s well after the pic sharing happened, which was spontaneous.

Yes, Nick needed to sell that house, urgently by that point - he had only weeks previous offered it to Aaron at a knock down price, and had April give him an ultimatum to buy it or it was over. Letting the side ho occupy it for free was not part of the plan.

I very much hope he enters the seethe stage with her, having given up any hope of rekindling their dealer and addict relationship passionate affair.

Because if April gets involved and starts dropping truths and texts, shit is going to get wild. We could see the bodycam yet.

You'd think a man with a writing degree would know this!

Nigger, the first thing you learn at writing college is that there ARE no rules. Or that any rules should be broken.

I believe this to be an early assignment. It was turned down due to suspicions of plagiarism. I've no idea how anybody could have reached such a conclusion when the sheer volume of personal references make it clear that it's based on Nick's personal experience. Anyway, it was re-written and this draft is all that remains.

"Choose the Balldo. Fuck a job. Fuck a career. Fuck your family. Choose a fucking big monitor. Choose crappy art, useless trucks, overpriced cameras, cars, and a watercooler for your PC. Choose Russell Greer and wondering how the fuck you're different from him on a Sunday morning. Choose sitting in the hot tub with your spouse, wondering how big a cuck you'll feel when you watch that muscular guy give her the kind of seeing to she's only ever dreamed about. Choose sitting in your computer chair, watching mind-numbing paedo-streams, sticking slop you ruined into a place that's more used to accomodating nigger dick. Choose rotting away in the end of it all. pishing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the five selfish, fucked up brats you spawned to milk the trust fund.

Choose your future. Choose the Balldo... why wouldn't you want to do a thing like that?"

Nick is claiming that the filing of the HRO itself is a violation of Aaron's release conditions.
In some situations I can easily see how commencing legal action that on it's face is legal and legitimate can be seen as retaliation, like an eviction.

If Aaron ghosted the hearing or was found to have lied in his entirety, I could see this being used by the judge in his criminal case as an excuse to fuck him over at sentencing. Would it be a specific violation of bond? Probably not.

- Nick laughs that Todd Peterson is a "flat fee lawyer" and will have to go over every email submitted to the Court against Aaron.
In criminal cases, everyone does it based on a flat fee. The odds of some trust fund whale or guy who spends like a drunken sailor (if I was aware of the state of my client's financial illiteracy...which by this point is clearly obvious...I would argue I have ethical obligations to shepherd the billing to an extent) rolling in that will sign off on whatever invoice I send them is never going to happen.

"This case is going to typically take X hours to complete and my hourly rate is X." This is the formula.

I wish it were merely "bill goes out...money comes back" but it's never like that. To be fair, the formula is how it goes for divorces, and most civil things that aren't PI cases for most small and solo practitioners in America. Clients want to know how much it will cost when they sign.

Once again, he thinks paying more for some service/item is an indication that it's better. Yet we know he repeatedly has pointed out that he views White as being incompetent and reluctant to do Nick's bidding multiple times.

god i will lose even more hope i thought i didn't have in our judicial system if nick is somehow able to dodge the HRO after GOING ON STREAM ABOUT AARON TWICE WITHIN A WEEK OF BEING SERVED
for FUCKS sake he can't keep getting away with it!!
I still don't think the odds are in Aaron's favor.

Make sure your copium tanks are topped off.

It always makes me MOTI when Nick openly brags about how he is specifically trying to run up costs so he can fee shift and fuck someone else over.

I hope in every case the courts catch on and refuse. Nick's a nigger rich loser and I hope he needs to take another mortgage out to fund his shitty lifestyle. Nothing would make me happier than a bankruptcy arc.

I feel bad for Aaron mostly because Nick is doing the same thing he talked about doing to Monty. With Monty he basically wanted to fuck Monty in court to the point where he would have control of him and his finances. It was bizarre then and it’s bizarre now. @Potentially Criminal might’ve been on stream for that.

Nick wants to ruin people. Financially, socially, and mentally. He has a megalomaniacal sadism that really only came out with Montagraph and it damaged him when Monty did the lawsuit right. I think it’s why he’s just trying to mudsling with Randazza in that defamation case. Aaron is a dipshit who unlike Monty did not take this seriously. Nick is a malicious cunt.

Aaron is 40 year old dipshit who’d do better selling cars and ripping people like Nick off when they try to buy a Mustang. I don’t think Kayla is a victim in this. I think she’s a drug addict (who’s still using) fuck up who’s devoting time to feeding Nick’s revenge rather than looking after her kids. Does Aaron need to learn a lesson? Yeah, Anthony Cumia is a fucking loser who got fucked by Sue Lightening (AIDS+, btw) and you shouldn’t idolize him.
The rape rant Nick went on was probably the most honest thing he's ever said. The passion and venom Nick said he'd rape anyone that messed with him was too impassioned to not be real

Between that and redo of healer Nick's definitely wanted an enemy he could justify going mask off and ruining the life of

I don't ever want to accuse anybody that I have no evidence of. :really:

THIS NIGGER I SWEAR TO GOD :stress: :stress: :stress:
prime example of how far from reality nick's perception of himself is. he thinks that people just blindly accused him of hard drug use pre arrest based on a few rumors and that he isn't literally turning in to a living corpse in an incredibly well documented way, and that doing that same thing will just work if he says it about somebody else. also, thanks for the clip, i cant be bothered to watch these middle aged dairy farmer's daughters drool on themselves.

"aaron is doing cocaine"

It's insane how little social awareness Nick has

He still genuinely thinks that he was just a little tipsy on stream from time to time. That he was so good at being able to hide his drug use that there's no way that anyone would be able to figure out that he was really doing coke and the fact everyone knew immediately was a lucky guess that would have never been confirmed if not for Aaron

How does he manage to always look worse than the last time he was on air?
It's like that episode of Futurama when Bender had to be sober and he starts acting and looking like a bum with a rust beard as the days go on. Nick just needs one little drink and he'll be back to looking like those AI thumbnails he tried to pass off.

I must have missed this part of the Constitution...

(Yes I know some courts have made up some horse shit about an implied right to privacy, don't care.)
Also he gave up his right to privacy when he made a polycule, thereby making his business someone else's business.
