The Judge already refused to accept the negotiated terms. I have no idea what happens between now and October. I don't even know what is possible. I think it's likely the reports Nick made fall short of the third person standard, but the Judge didn't give two fucks. I don't know if Aaron can challenge that.

Basically, you aren't supposed to need to know the lore in order to detect a mention. I personally don't know of a case where Aaron did something obvious. He did mention though, to those who know the saga.
