Honestly that would accidentally work out for the best IMO.

I do think the 2 party system is fucked and should be done away with, but the catch 22 of it is that it's not going to be done by introducing a 3rd party who will just split the vote, cost one party the election, and never get elected itself.

However if Elon is hellbent on this, and the groypers jump to him, it only ends up setting himself up for failure because groypers are a small demographic, but repugnant to most normal people. so if that's the identity it ends up having it just neuters them and limits their ability to split a vote.

Elon being a total sperg with no political instincts whatsoever I think the most likely outcome is all the nevertrumpers and neocons flock to that party and try to use it to play spoiler against MAGA.
