I can't reply to your message, but that's the best summery of Destiny's mistruths about his legal case I've seen on the thread. His tendency to try and site case law as if it would nullify anything unique to this case simply by not being present in any past case law is so fucking infuriating.

We all know Destiny's strategy has always been to say the most obscene shit imaginable to bait responses and attention. The pattern that I usually see is that eventually you get tired of being hated, but people don't get tired of hating you. It's inevitable and I just wonder how long it'll take for him to crack and then spend the rest of his life whining about people being mean to him for no reason.
