Ehud Barak is the shitpost joke answer, but the serious response is that the democrat politicians who actually have power care far more about maintaining the system of corruption and patronage that keeps them rich than advancing left wing political goals. It doesn't matter that they'd be able to take down Trump or the republicans by exposing the Epstein list, because actually exposing the Epstein list blows up the entire corrupt system that keeps them fat and rich.

The amount of evidence seized from Epstein went from 14 terabytes a year ago to ~300 gigabytes per the DOJ statement. At this point I don't think the dude is dead since everything else has been a blatant lie. I went along with that theory for jokes but it seems plausible now. As for the cell footage nobody better believe that shit in this age of AI video. Fuck.. you don't even need AI to use footage from another day.

Cherry on top, when people have had enough of Trump ruining this "America First" type platform, assuming he doesn't get impeached over this shit, they will vote for Democrats while saying "good riddance. that was a disaster" Or they'll back Vance/some other Zionist that will somehow be worse than Trump. Exactly. Thinking the Democrats actually give a shit about advancing left wing policy is like believing that metal bands worship Satan. Sure a few do but most are in it for the keyfabe. Same thing with politics. On both sides of the aisle. Trump is doing what the Democrats want, they just have to act like they hate him so (You) believe them. "Nooo stop don't give tax cuts to the rich no stop it how terrible." It's an illusion. The duopoly keeps people divided into sparring factions instead of uniting to further their own self interests. The entire goal of modern American politics is to pit you against your neighbors so you would never consider working together against the people abusing you year after year. And it works perfectly.
