Sweden has laws that states it's illegal to buy sex, but legal to sell sex. So prostitutes can not be prosecuted for it, but the buyers are. The idea is that whores who are controlled by a pimp/criminal network are not going to jail for being "victims" when the police arrests people involved in this. Since custom OF videos can be seen as "digital prostitution" (person to person), therefore the state made it illegal to pay for custom OF videos. Exactly. Another fun fact about human trafficking is that a lot of women know their traffickers, as family members or romantic interests.
