If this were a sitcom and the writers said, “hey, this idiot is suing the police department because of his stalkers, let’s update his worldcon bio this episode to include that he enjoys interacting with the people he’s suing the police about.” It would be shut down for being too on the nose. I am no lawyer, but surely they can admit that later as some sort of proof that Fatrick has had multiple run-ins with the law and doesn't seem to plan on stop causing problems, etc.? It goes to a predisposition for causing legal issues and engaging in combative behaviour and refusing to obey the law.
I desperately want to see his deposition. They alluded to Niki admitting she fucked up in her deposition and that they didn't enter the home and that she assumed it was the police and insulted them. I can add some supporting anecdata - I have a buddy with Asbergers (he has no time for this new 'spectrum' all the kids are in to) who is now a runner. He has about 30 different pairs of running shoes for different terrains, weather, surfaces, whether there's an 'r' in the month and many other categories. He keeps obsessive records and it's really helped his social skills. I still don't fully understand carb-loading, but it's great to see him genuinely happy and enthusiastic about something outside the house.
Sociopaths are consistent until they aren't. See 'decompensation', which is when their carefully constructed world begins to crumble. Some will commit murder to keep the fantasy intact.
