He has a history of being an argumentative sperg on the Steam forums and has implemented a list of steam IDs in to his program that he lost arguments too, that turns his mod tool in to malware and will crash your game and PC. He also added DRM to his tool that detects pirated games and does the same thing. While bitching about "anti-consumerism".
He is mad that Steam has dropped support for older versions of windows, that are proven to be insecure. Citing the long running quote about Steam releasing tools to undrm your steam games after steam dies. Taking it to mean when Steam drops support for old versions of Windows, Instead of the intended meaning of the company Valve not existing anymore. Plus getting super banned off the Steam forums for being an argumentative sperg. (Who the fuck even uses that shithole part of steam?)

He had received a blanket ban from all Steam communication for 1 year, but that kind of ban doesn't show (Banned) next to his name, so people don't KNOW that he was banned.
He was asking for the specific bans so that people would see that identifier and know why he wasn't responding.
