The thing is withprivacy claims (NAL's method of attacking channels) is that they don't result in channel strikes, so the channel hasn't really taken any damage. The upcoming stream is meant to draw out something she does that I find incredibly funny: insist that she is entitled to money over the supposed use of her likeness when the image is that of a vile, disgusting, droopy titted monster.
Honestly man it doesn't matter if I back off or not, she is going to continue to try and take down any of my videos that show her face. She is at large. Whether it's to impress Cobra or extort money, she's attacking as many people as she can because for the most part, it's working.
Bear with me here as this subject gets me a little heated; I absolutely hate the stories I've seen of creators (not just Willo Davis) getting a privacy claim from NAL and immediately scrubbing their channels. Is it really any wonder that she went on a rampage? I'll say it again, if you read the guidelines you'll see that youtube does not issue strikes for privacy claim removals. If they do remove it (doesn't always happen), you're just meant to blur the person's face and reupload... they even list the timestamps to blur. Why not put up some resistance?
Yes, she has unlimited time and is batshit insane, it doesn't matter. By understanding how to work within youtube's boundaries I can see to it that she can screech until her eyes pop out, the vids aren't going anywhere. I'm going to show artwork of a revolting hag placed on shirts, plates and underwear in some bizarro home shopping stream and there's nothing she can do about it. Gimme my hat.
