I don't remember what I did, but had a Staff Sergeant drop me off in the middle of nowhere with a broom. Said to walk back, but sweep as I go; literally sweeping a dirt road. Couple hours go by, he comes hauling ass in the truck, slides all over the place, damn near rolls, kicks dust up everywhere. Stops next to me, points back, "You missed a spot" and fucking drives off. That's what Nick needs, no effort, so menial it's pointless, just alone with his retarded thoughts.
I know that "vehicle maintenance" was mentioned when he was sentenced, and that sounds like the most appropriate to me. If you have him on a work crew picking up trash on a roadside and he spends 20 minutes of the 4 hours working and 3 hours 40 minutes petulantly whining, you only have the probation officer's word and bodycam footage to prove he wasn't doing his service, and the PO's attention will have to be divided between him and everyone else on the crew. But if you make him report to the sheriff's office parking lot or the county yard and give him a sponge, a hose, and a bucket of Turtle Wax, even the poorest county has installed security cameras to watch over all those expensive vehicles and equipment and the evidence of his shirking would be incontrovertible.

I hope he fights it for everything he's worth on medical grounds and then, whether he wins or loses, he delays getting started so long that he doesn't have time to do the original community service or whatever alternative he gets.

If you have enough money to burn you can get away with defaming someone in such a clear cut case.
It's actually Nick that took the second house from his family to fight this pointless case. And got himself caught with coke in the process after melting down about the lawsuit on stream.
Probably the most damaging thing is that he actually is a public person.
