That's actually a good point. She has talked about going to the US, but if she ends up in an inevitable ER beeze, she's going to have a helluva hefty bill to pay, which she will try to skip out on, but it will only add to her debt.

Exactly right. On a recent 3-week European vacation along the Rhine, hitting major cities, she'd never be able to afford it. Never. Additionally, there is an enormous amount of walking and stair climbing everywhere you go. Not my issue as I'm not an obese lazy fat sow who has limited mobility. Also, (drum roll), there are waaaaaay too many gorgeous, in-shape white women. And we know how she hates that. So she feels right at home milling around other covered-up Spanx-wearers like herself. Just you never mind about the lack of safety, law, and all that gun fire and missiles and run down dilapidated shacks with no running water, food scarcity, sketchy electricity and neighborhood dog fights. I had always assumed that once the deathfat reaches a certain size, clothes that fit increase in price significantly. Presumably they only look at prices in terms of how much they wouldn't be able to spend on vast amounts of fast food, which is of course, the priority budget item.
TL;DR She can't afford it.
Also, nonzero chance Salah tries (and probably fails) to pick up some German chick. If he’s alone, most Germans (as well as the government) would see him as just another migrant.
