HR loves having their ass kissed and they are more than happy to ruin companies by depleting the budget on stinky brown turds. As long as they can feel good for a few months and think they are getting social credit points for interacting with browns, they think they win despite the company going mega tits up and they just move on to the next company. They also know that if they get a big smelly team they can effectively plant their feet in the sand and dig in and use it as a bargaining chip when SHTF (that happened in the first place due to their own shit ideas and policies).
Not sure if it's been mentioned here before, but something that rarely gets brought up is the complete ruination of entry-level corporate jobs due to offshoring and then the current cycle of importation of labor to/from India.
Everyone can clearly see the teenagers in food service and retail have been thoroughly and brutally replaced without a substitute, but it's also happening in the once-mainstay jobs for the college graduate and early corporate career chaser.
Used to be you could get a degree in finance, join a bank in a call center, and work your way up. Not anymore, there's just far too much competition for it now. It's not just the H1Bs replacing skilled IT workers anymore, it's any job that requires a pulse.
Most notably, I've seen the quality of even the worst English speaker be replaced by pure sub-continental scam-speak. I'm talking about major banks and insurers having these people send "saar do the needful for of consideration your banking account" tier emails to customers.
Now you can't even verify if something is a scam by calling or emailing the details on a website, because the answer is indistinguishable from someone trying to get you to buy $5,000 in gift cards.
I wrote this years ago but I worked with medium size business CEOs who I wish I recorded cause otherwise you wouldn't believe me, they all
literally said:
"I like hiring Indians for call centers because it makes our dipshit customers willingly hang up the phone and not complain if they know they have to put up with an Indian, and it's legal since we're not explicitly telling them to fuck off"

I'm sure that someone has floated this idea before, but a horrific thought occurred to me the other day: How do we even know that India's population is only 1.4 billion? Like, this entire thread is ultimately about how retarded and incompetent jeets are at even the simplest things. With that in mind, can we really expect them to keep an accurate, comprehensive census of their population?
People always point to the major city centers when they talk about how overpopulated India is but they don't realize that, like pre-21st Century China, there are countless illiterate peasants rooted out in the countryside that could absolutely fly under the radar, especially under the radar of the useless, bloated, bureaucratic piece of shit that is the Indian government. And keep in mind that, near-universally, rural populations have higher birthrates than city dwellers. Only something like 37% of India's population is listed as "urban".
Who's to say that the "1.4 billion" figure isn't even the belly of the beast?
What matters is the floodgates are still open with the H-1B program. There is a "hard limit" on the entire USA only allowing 65,000 per year, and only 20,000 of those are supposed to be higher education tech type jobs. We have been importing 500,000 of them though, even in red government years. And if you defund ICE like democucks do, then there is no way for them to leave - H-1B is completely on the honor system, you are just supposed to report somewhere on your own, voluntarily. Who the fuck is going to willingly want to go back to India?
In 2008, they started a LOTTERY for the H-1B, so there is NO test, there is no NOTHING, you've basically got a random number generator that is letting in jeets who were working in a call center scamming your grandma 3 days ago before they got on the boat.
