it hurts to see you deride them when they have tried to be kind and tried to understand, I dont believe they are deserving of such mean words and what good will come of it, nothing. I do believe in your ability to change and figure things out. I never wont, but maybe you should take a break and go sleep or eat or cuddle kirby if you arent feeling great. Take care of yourself even if you hate the world right now and you feel like the world hates you.

Also drink some water it helps with distress due to the reptillian part of our brain from billions of years of evolution being silly and calming down. Its a little thing I find helps when I feel like theres nothing I can really change. Sipping some water (dont chug it) will tell your body it is safe and away from predators essentially. Same with the simian dive reflex where you splash your face and it relaxes your muscles. Just some wisdom from a friend.

Most of the people here are husks. They have no ability to think or feel. They mindlessly do what they are told. It's like yelling at a vacuum cleaner, they aren't sentient and it won't effect them at all.
