Wait, are you actually trying to say that economically beating the shit out of China is a bad thing? Graham says a lot of dumb shit, but fucking over China isn't one of them.
500% tariffs on China, India, Turkey etc. will be a terrible thing. But to the US economy.
Oil prices will shootnup, damaging consumers and driving up inflation, and while the Chinks will be fine: They’ll just sell the stuff elsewhere, it’ll damage American producers most of all.
America has been deindustrialized, and even Made in the US things contain a shitload of cheap, Chinese components.
Shit, why do you think Trump originally cucked on the tariffs? It was because industry leaders told him they were about to run out of components and shit would hit the fan if the tariffs weren’t cancelled or postponed.
I mean, if we're talking about "disrespect," I don't know what could be more disrespectful than Putin totally standing Trump up on peace talks.
Nonsense.
The Russian position has been clear from day one: They’re willing to negotiate and sent a delegation to Peace talks when Trump asked them to. They even proposed an energy ceasefire to show their good will.
It’s the Ukrainians who stall, delay and obfuscate at every turn, insisting on a “ceasefire” so they can rearm, rather than just start peace negotiations.
Meanwhile, Zelensky virtually prostrated himself and apologized to the American people on national television. Additionally, Zelensky promised preferred partnerships with American companies.
Oh yeah, the guy who’s notoriously corrupt, did dirty deal with the Biden administration and already sold half the country to the Brits will surely bring important “partnerships”.
(And who will pay for these partnerships btw? Obviously America since Europe and Ukraine is broke, lmao! “In return for your support, we will give contracts to American companies so your tax dollars that will pay for the rebuilding will go to American CEOs and lobbyists!” Some partnership!
The real problem here of course is: ITS NONE OF AMERICAS BUSINESS! I don’t recall Trump talking about “partnerships” and “sending defensive weapons”. Trump ran on getting America out of that whole mess, not being Biden Light.
Now since you’re getting Biden Light on foreign policy and tariffs, the obvious question is question is: Is he going to do Biden light on immigration too?
