Hottest of hot takes but I hate korean food. Something about the flavors they use just don't do it for me, which is weird because I love pretty much all other asian foods. Kimchi, gochujan, kimbap, those weird little rice noodle nugget things, too spicy and too fermented, just kinda gross. Bulgogi is good though.
African food like the stews and fufu looks like garbage but I've never tried it.
