Another thought I had: if this really was Jeet suicide, I wonder if this will be a case where the NTSB/whatever Americans are investigating this put out a final report that clearly says it was suicide, while the Jeets put out a report claiming "NO SAAR JEET PILOT NEVAR COMMIT SUICIDE EVIL AMERICAN MAGICS DID IT SAAR"

It's happened at least once - EgyptAir 990 was clearly a pilot suicide, but the mudslimes wouldn't admit it.

It took less than 30 seconds based on the reports! Unreal. From 8:08:42 where one pilot asks "WHY DID YOU REDEEM THE FUEL LINES" and the second responds "SAAR I DID NOT REDEEM THE FUEL BLOODY BITCH BASTARD."

At 8:08:49, the more reasonable of the two flips the switch back from REDEEM to SAAR. But that mere 7 seconds of Hindi shrieking cost all those indians and whatever actual people were on board their lives.

8:09:05 "MAYDAY MAYDAY MAYDAY"

8:09:11 CRASH

I think they are already setting it up for that by mentioning the whole switch locking air worthiness directive in the beginning. I bet you Air India has already exchanged money with some of the investigation team. After all why admit to pilot suicide when you can just blame a company everyone already hates.

Let us remember that the biggest air accident in India was the 1996 collision over New Delhi of a Kazakhstan Airline IL-76 and a Saudi Boeing 747. In that accident they correctly blamed the Kazakhstan plane for failing to maintain the proper altitude and how it had all this decades outdated technology on it... Then they wait till the very end of the document to mention, "Oh ya also by the way one of the biggest airports in our country has been operating with a multi decade outdated radar that can't even read altitude and we only gave them a single corridor to fly aircraft in and out of and restricted everything else to the military. But thats not even a factor thats just a little thing we noticed." and the fact we fixed all of that after is just a coincidence.
Merely because availability of better aids could possibly have averted the accident, non-availability of such aids, if not mandatory, cannot be considered a circumstance contributing to the accident.

I only mention this to say that the Indians have in the past completely dodged any responsibility for causing air accidents.

Side Note: Mentour Pilot is live right now discussing the interim report: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SE0BetkXsLg

Unsurprisingly poojeets are flooding the chat trying to disprove the obvious reality that one of their finest specimens killed himself.

I get why Petter and his buddy are reluctant to say that it was 100% suicide but it's just giving the Jeets fuel to lie.

The preliminary report seems to rule that out. The switches were replaced with new in 2023. The investigators have clearly and unambigously released Boeing and GE from consideration. They found no mechanical or technical problems with the plane.

The reason the are being so secretive is this is now a homicide investigation.

Even with the switch locking issue, the bulletin came out in 2018 and there were 6 plus years for them to investigate and take action if necessary. Or to notice that their switches weren’t behaving as expected through normal usage. Even if the switches end up being a factor it’s not a Boeing fault at this point.

By even considering suicide you guys are already putting more brain power into this than the pilot did. If you've ever seen a Jeet work you know that even the Based™ 4000+ IQ Family-Oriented Aryo-Brahmins just touch shit and pull levels and push buttons with no regard for need or purpose. Literally yesterday I saw one in an 18-wheeler idle at a red just fiddling with everything - wipers on, horn blaring, wheels rocking, the whole thing just jerking around in traffic while he bobbed his head like a balloon in the breeze playing with everything. I've seen others do it with power skids, forklifts, exposed electrical - they just idly paw at whatever they see and pretend it wasn't them. You can show them video - here's you flipping off a breaker while a family was using the change room ask me why that example's so specific I dare you and all you'll get is "SAAR NO ME! ME NO DO, I AM FROM GOOD FAMILY, I AM STUDENT BEECH I SUE YOUS!"

I assure you, based on what we now have, that our future astronaut was just pushing shit around to do it. As they always do he simply tried to pretend he didn't do it. They could have been in freefall indefinitely, and like Sisyphus with his boulder, that pilot would have sat there for eternity insisting it wasn't him instead of ever trying to fix it. Thankfully they hit the ground and exploded, saving us from that little slice of hell.

They just stated that there are no reports of incidents since 2023 and that there are no current recommendations for GE or B787 operators. Never did they say Boeing and GE didn't do nothin and our pilot killed everyone.

Wait did these indians basically turn off their engines by cutting off fuel so that's why they literally stopped and started going down?

You cannot make this shit up. I didn't even think something so stupid was the cause, I thought it was some bug in the software of the plane or they forgot to follow a step not that they TURNED OFF THE FUEL SUPPLY TO THE ENGINES fucking lmao
