'cause she just made a bunch of weird posts on her Bluesky that seem accelerationist-y, right after making a series of posts complaining about filling out forms to send her kids to some bougie daycare that asks for their parents educational level/degrees. Like, for an alleged liberal, she doesn't want her kids going to public school/being around brown kids with non college degree'd parents/be exposed to a weird California libsh!t public education.

The LA hell circle…I don’t know. I’m not sure if it’s edgy humor, a crack at how BlueSky seems to thrive off negativity more than usual. If I could figure out what that’s referencing, it’d help out a lot.

As for the preschool, I don’t know much about it, but it must be something of a status symbol if she’s mentioning her and her husband both having masters degrees, or it could be some kind of joke about how they went to rival schools. I get “if you explain the joke, there is no joke”, but Lindsay really has this habit of just expecting every thought that comes out of her head is already understood.

As for the AI thing, I think it’s just taking the piss out of AI Pearl clutching. When you could argue most of the AI users are just using it for memes or some equivalent of shooting the shit where they just go to some AI thing and just see what it pops out when you give it a prompt (small PL: I’ve downloaded the ChatGPT app a few days ago, and I’m having fun doing that).
