how has the word not gone out from the Trump camp to just STFU about Epstein?

bondi didn't have to say she had the Epstein files, she didn't have to give the twitter fags a worthless binder, they didn't have to release the fake cell video, they didn't have to do the press release that kicked this into overdrive, they didn't have to send dan the grifter and kash the streetshitter on a publicity tour to parrot obvious lies, trump doesn't even have to bring it up now.

if they just went radio silent about the Epstein shit after the binder fiasco they wouldn't be dealing with this dumpster fire. Sure, a few people would be upset, but they could easily just use the excuse of them being busy focusing on immigration and more pressing matters and release this turd at the back half of the administration if at all.

the fact that they, by themselves, kept bringing it up and keeping it in the public eye is weird, it's like discrediting the Epstein story has suddenly became the DOJ and FBI's main focus and really makes me think ((someone)) is pushing for this to be roundly and publicly killed once and for all so it'll go away forever. Regardless of how it effects the administration.

No shit, Trump was running to win. You expect Trump to step out of the race to make room for Desantis? The moment Desantis decided to run for President he knew he entered competition with Trump, a competition he should have known he was never going to win.

If the Democrats are smart, they will do this. However, they were chipping away at Trump's approval ratings by criticizing the tariffs and then stopped and moved onto the next shiny thing as soon as it was available. They have zero strategy.

Man I don't think trump is pulling 4d chess with this one, Occam's razor would better suggest that Trump is just being a stupid retard about this one because he genuinely thought that people moved on from the Epstein stuff (which I guess was somewhat true before Bondi said "ackshually Epstein DID kill himself and the conspiracy theories are FALSE, stalker child. Stop investigating, goy!") and he genuinely thinks that Pam Bondi is a hot competent part of the Trump administration.

It's possible they ran some numbers and decided they were far enough off from the midterms that people would get bored and move on if they just ripped the band-aid off now rather than stringing people along. They could end up being right, I guess.
I remember everyone thought Trump was toast after the Kamala debate, and that ended up wearing off after a couple of weeks.
