26:30 - The Debanking part, if you cared about the issue, the farms is part of that "minority" and the "you can go elsewhere" and "money exists" and "do it yourself" I can only say that it has been tried, I could problably find the "internet Juche" post or the "where the sidewalk ends" article, but they are easy to find and quite important regarding the site's history.
30:40 - Even setting up a legitimate, completely non controversial mail server is a massive pain where email doesn't get delivered consistently. I know, because I have one. I do buy that having a disreputable email server is harder.
