It was only removed for Oblivion and only because the guy who uploaded it wanted to start shit. He never cared for this retarded "kultur warz", but dumbfucks like Grummz ate it up. An even when that mod was reuploaded back, nobody cared about it and it got forgotten fast.

All these game companies have to do is sent some junior law clerk to read the fucking EULAs out loud. Even in the time of physical media you never owned the game, you only ever brought the "right to use" the software and it just happened to included a piece of plastic. It functions no different to how music, movies or literally any other piece of intellectual property works. This is going to end the same way the loot box argument ended when they all claimed it was gambling, only for the courts (in the Netherlands) to turn around and say "Lol no, it doesn't meet the legal definition of gambling" because the boxes gave some guarantee of what you were getting (item type, rarity etc etc).

They do allow pretty much anything except ridiculously sexually explicit shit. What you aren't allowed to do is upload shit that violates copyright (ripping character models straight from other games like with 2B and A2), shit that the publisher has prohibited (Johnny Silverhand being used in sex scenes in Cyberpunk) and intentionally provocative shit on throw away accounts (which is what these faggots are doing).
