Where the fuck were you people when it was happening? Yes, the Senate parliamentarian -- who serves at the pleasure of the Majority leader, yet somehow has had the job for more than a decade -- threw it out along with several other important items, and the Senate allowed her to do it instead of simply firing her ass, and then the House voted to approve it when it came back to them without those provisions.

That happened a few days before the Epstein tweet and is because the site was constantly being hammered by bots and you would get rate limited after viewing only a handful of tweets.

It's a groyper. You can tell by the overt Hitler worship, the insertion of Israel and Jews into everything, the contrarianism of simping for dysgenic freaks that hate whites and the entire concept of America, and the childishness of having a pokemon profile picture. All together, it's just a groyper doing what groypers do. That doesn't necessarily mean it isn't an Indian, because the leader of the groypers is a Mexican gay catboy lover who says having sex with women is gay, and who pawned off boys in his "movement" to gay Muslim pedophiles. But it's probably not an Indian.

Just as it turned out that every creepy Andrew Tate-worshipping incel is Indian (shy lonely incels are White, would never dream of harassing a woman, and want relationships, not bobs and vagene), it will turn out that half of the groypers are as well (with the other having being various types of Hispanic).

I find it hard to believe that with all the secret planning required to allow the kid access to the roof, that same secret planning could not easily have been used to obfuscate a second shooter.

The legal distinction of whether the plant is industrial hemp or marijuana is based on the plant. industrial hemp has to be <0.3% delta-9 thc, and marijuana can be any percentage. The content of any other cannabinoid is irrelevant. Even thc-a, which is functionally identical once you heat it up.

That's why there's hemp derived delta 9 edibles that you can buy online. They're federally legal. They extracted it from the 0.3%.

Trump basically federally legalized weed in 2018

Nope.

It was a signaling provision, introduced in the Senate, meant to make the Democrats explicitly vote to keep funding child sex changes. Same with removing criminal aliens from Medicaid.

Both of these things are already accomplished by other parts of the bill.

edit: It's a classic move. Dems say "No one wants to perform sex changes on children!" Republicans say "Then lets ban federal funding for child sex changes.." and Dems have to say "NOOOOO! You CAN'T!!"
