How will Trump cut through this Gordian Knot?

• If he lets it go- the Dems have a precedent for doing this again in the future, knowing that they got away with it
• If the Autopen is rendered null and stronger restrictions are placed on pardons- the problem is somewhat solved but ultimately unsatisfying in the same way the Epstein files' release was, as the enemy got away
• If he renders the pardons null- the Dems have an excuse to do the same to his pardons if they ever get into power

I think proper punishment will not be dealt out in Trump's last term if at all- it might be better to keep this under investigation and focus political capital elsewhere, and bring down the hammer in Vance's first term to an even weaker Democrat opposition IMO.

Didn't the US used to consider Hispanics and Whites to be the same in their census data? I recall that the separation of the two was one of the reasons why the white pop seemed to drop quickly in terms of percentage.

This is my opinion as well. The only scenario that makes sense is that the Epstein thing was going to be another point for Trump but everything that could have been there got destroyed.
