Until there is a payoff of a list or information being released this is not an example of reverse psychology. Getting everyone interested in something, to then not release it, while only you will be blamed for said non release, is stupid.

I think I'm gonna finally bet a burger suit since I think it's fun.

Trump caves and releases Epstein related stuff within the next two months. Or at least explains what the hell has been going on the past two weeks regarding it (in case the list is long gone and he can't release it and was just yapping)

Have to give a bit of contigency cuz there's a chance the list was burned five years ago and he was yapping the entire time in an attempt to save face.

If we get to middle of september and nothing happened I'll put on the Isaac branded burger suit.

Correct.

It is also the origin of the rerun. If memory serves, Desi Arnaz told them to play an old episode because Lucy was in labor and the show was canceled. Apparently nobody had thought to do that before.
