For those who would like to visit the place, maybe make videos or a small type of content, this proves to be an issue. Where it takes niggers who exploit the high trust of a society and heir politeness as a manner to be as annoying as possible. Now there are Japanese who are "paranoid" over any and all foreigners. Nah, it's pretty true that Japan is very safe comparatively but it's cultural reasons why, not anything police related. The videos you see of the Jap attendees at sports festivals cleaning up the arena in other countries, returning lost wallets full of money, etc, are all very true. Five years living there and going back to NYC to be harassed by homeless Mexican illegals was like stepping into a nightmare reality simulator.

That's pretty much it. Japanese society runs on people feeling too ashamed to act a certain way, so when someone shows up and doesn't respect that they're baffled. Only after it keeps happening do they seem to remember "aren't we supposed to have something else that handles problems like this? Oh yeah, the police". And then police will do the typical Jap police thing of brushing it off until the public uproar can't be ignored.

And that's the problem. These morons know they can go there, raise hell for few days or maybe even a couple weeks, and leave without issue. It's not as if a normal tourist is going to get their ass kicked by some old Japanese man if they aren't blaring shitty TTS messages on a bluetooth speaker screaming into a fucking camera with an entourage. At the same time the lack of ass kickings and subsequent punishments by the PD encourages it. It's also not as if these retards are roaming the countryside in bumfuck nowhere, they're in the major cities where there should be plenty of cops as long as people would actually report the shit and the cops do something about it.

If there were weekly stories about one of these shitty streamers getting picked up and serving 90-180 days in a Japanese jail for all of this dumb shit and then being deported, they'd eliminate the problem by the time the first couple of morons would be getting booted back to where they came from.

He continued to be a fuck up when he got back to the US, because he never received a punishment worth a shit. I can believe that. Yet, compared to a homogenous Europe and especially homogenous USA, the former and latter would be much safer compared to Japan - I would bet.
 
I think you won't take this well, but, when the japanese commit a violent crime it's cartel tier, yes, it almost never happens, but it's not because the japanese are peaceful meek and gentle people by nature but because their shame-based culture and strict social codes works.

A bit of a powerlevel but I knew someone who had that about a decade ago and they essentially had to come to terms with death and the person set everything up for when they died. I hope it's better now than it was years ago. There's hopefully been some novel solutions that have been found.
