Seems pretty obvious that Epstein was working for the CIA (Maxwell is obviously Mossad, like her father was), because there's no way this sort of operation happens without US intel having their hand in it. At the very least, they'd have been watching Maxwell like a hawk due to her sister and father, and would've gotten involved on day one.
And that's why we can't release anything from the files. Since the CIA can't legally spy on US soil, all the blackmail material Epstein collected is inadmissible as evidence, so we can't really prosecute his clients. Not to mention the US probably doesn't want to admit to yet another illegal CIA operation carried out against US citizens, especially an operation that involved CIA and Mossad assets collecting underage girls to be raped.
Come to that, if I'm right, then if Trump releases anything, he'll just be opening the Federal Government to being sued by a bunch of pedos, who will get billions in taxpayer money in the inevitable settlements for defamation and entrapment. That's actually worse than just not releasing anything. Real rock and a hard place scenario.
Probably the only real way to use Epstein's files is to keep them secret, and serve as blackmail to pressure a few politicians to vote for a trade deal or whatever. At least until the day AI deepfakes make video blackmail useless.
