Last night got recommended this video, which felt like a war crime against the ingredients used (and in general is a very fake lame video)

I find this type of wealthy white woman videos, unlike nigger or whitetrash counterparts, to be all about using high quality ingredients badly, more to look wealthy and satisfying than being actually cohesive.
 
This is why I stick to my wholesome Natasha's kitchen and questionably gay Preppy Kitchen for recipes.
 
Katsu wagyu is a thing in Japan and she did use tonkatsu sauce. She did cook it badly and I don't see the point of using quail eggs for this however. Was she really that lazy not to go to the store to buy chicken eggs when she used them up for soy marinated eggs?
 
I thought this was going to be about those joke videos where a woman makes some ungodly concoction in a toilet or whatever.

Agreed, and I don't think even think she ruined it...she says she went a minute longer after measuring 108 internal, and unless Wagyu has some magical properties, I bet that 170+ temp was wrong or it wouldn't have been pink inside. I sometimes get weird temps with my instant-read and have to poke around a bit.

There may be better ways to use Wagyu, but if I weren't paying for it, I bet that sandwich would be pretty good. Definitely not going to complain about "Upper middle class White" (Asian) cooking in a world of obese Womyn of Calories dumping pounds of salt & Louisiana hot sauce on everything as "seasoning".
