How is one of the richest men on Earth not a part of the "Deep State" or the "Elites"?

A lot of the elites know each other, but that doesn't mean they are all BFFs who work in lockstep on the same goal of oppressing us poors together. There are clearly different factions, some of the factions hate each other, and a lot of them don't even really know each other, some of the stuff about Epstein mentions he was used to introduce some of them to each other.
I personally think "elites" just people like you and me who have gained a lot of success but still have human flaws, such as hating each other for no reason or little reason, having grand plans but implementing them in stupid and flawed ways, etc. They just have a lot more money and influence than most people. They don't actually all know each other and hang out in bohemian grove to dream up ways to oppress us while sacrificing babies. Maybe some of them do, but it's probably a much smaller subset. They have factions and infights over different ideologies, like us pretty much.

Pam Bondi said a few months ago the files were on her desk, but now they don't exist. If this had any dirt on his enemies, Trump would release it. From my understanding, he had more influence on the TV specials that adapted his books versus the movies like famously the Shining where King kinda just had to deal with it being adapted.
