Republicans are lucky this is happening at a good timing election-wise. Covid wrecked him at the end of his term, this is about as far from any election as possible. If this was going down summer next year I'd imagine a full dem sweep in the house. I almost wonder if some of this is intentional to get it out and over early, but that's probably giving them too much 4d chess credit.

You obviously don't have kids. Kids get sick, parents have to take time off work. Diapers cost a fuck ton and food isn't getting cheaper. I had my first kid when I was early 20s, still in school and working and then parenting too, it's not fun, especially if your family can't afford to help out with things.

Shit, it's an American tradition stretching back to George Washington and the founding fathers. Looking past some pedos thirst for young boys, to get what they want from them. All that to say, that's American politics. Shit ain't right, but the world we live in isn't black and white. And unfortunately many of the men that control the flows of money and power, also tend to be degenerate and depraved behind closed doors. Trump is trying with all his best intentions, but i don't think he quite realized how deep the rot truly goes. I'm willing to bet that a majority of American industry and infrastructure, at this point, is headed by pedos or the depraved in some way. To debride that much rot from the country might just cause it to collapse.
Plus, if I was king and I had large fuckin list of black mail and dirt on the retarded and treasonous bureaucrats I'm presiding over. And I wanted to get shit done. You bet your ass id hold that shit close to my chest. Shits a fuckin political gun to anybodies head if your ass is guilty, or at least I'd use it as such.
I'll also agree trump bungled this one, but you can't do everything perfectly. It's a womanly thing to expect it.

meh the US wouldn't have a prison population problem if they weren't so damn soft.

You kill somebody and are convicted for it? Death penalty and ASAP. None of this waiting 50 years to execute you. Your appeals done? OK set the date and be done with this filth.

You keep committing violent crimes? No the judge doesn't let you walk away after the 15th time, you go to the chair too. Society shouldn't have to pay to keep unrepentant violent criminals in prison for life. If the legal system deems you too violent to ever be let loose again your toast, literally. No more headlines like "man release by judge after violent attack kills some random on the way home from the courthouse".

Here's how it should work;

First Offence: your convicted you get a set sentence, none of this judge flexibility shit as a judge should only be there to see that the trial is fair and done properly not decide the penalty. The penalty for a crime should be set by law and known to all to avoid any favouritism on the judges part.

Second Offence: your convicted again you get a much heavier sentence. This time it's a lot harsher as you've shown you have issues changing your criminal path. It is made very clear that this is your last chance to change your life and become a responsible citizen.

Third Offence: Well 3 strikes and your out. You've now shown your either unwilling to change your ways or unable too but either way your not going to be given another chance to harms someone else. Like a rabid dog your put out of your misery and now guaranteed to not harm another person ever again.

I know, all the bleeding hearts will come out and cry inhumane, evil and fascists (like they wouldn't at any sign of prison reform that actually punishes criminals) but why is society expected to shoulder the costs, both in taxes and in human lives, of these criminals who either refuse too or cannot live without violent crime.

yah the first few generations will be brutal as I'd suspect most niggers would have a real hard time but if you tell even the most ghetto nigger in the hood that if he shoots someone again he's going to the chair and he knows you mean it (unlike today) even he can learn. Sure there will be a lot of casualties in the lower economic classes until everyone learns that this shit is serious and that society is not fucking around anymore with them but think about a world where criminals are actually punished and rehabilitated rather then just let back out onto the street.

Sure we'd have to invest in more mental hospitals, as I think a lot of crime is a lack of affordable mental health care but it would be a savings in the long term.

Now I know this will never ever ever happen as it would put the Left's precious precious pets at the most risk and they would burn everything down first before they'd let anyone lay a hand on them but it's what needs to be done. This namby-pamby oh please be good this time shit ain't fucking working and innocent people are paying with their fucking lives for these liberal judges to bloody virtue signal how progressive they are by letting every violent pavement ape back out onto the streets asap.

The only thing anyone is going to remember about this whole thing when it's over is that somehow, in 2025, Donald Trump managed to finally get the Democratic party, a party who validated and defended degenerate pedo behavior for over a decade, to finally give a shit about going after pedophiles. Truly one of the greatest magic tricks of our lifetime.

There's a difference between rushing it (same day executions) and not letting retarded infinite appeals clog up the system when it's very clear the convicted was convicted because they committed the crime.
