Very odd, it would be very convenient for him to do so, maybe he didn't know or sam let him know that's a line that couldn't be crossed or something.

Probably the biggest evidence against the legitimacy of markyposting is the fact that Charls never mentioned anything about it even when he hated Sam the most. That and Null's brave interview with the Christmas Example.

I tend to think with the Marky situation that we'll never really know for sure, and it'll continue to be an albatross around Sam's neck until he addresses it in some way. But If we hypothetically assume it's true, it would make sense why Charls was tight lipped about it even during his feud with Sam; your buddy was dating/abusing a 15 year old and you didn't say shit at the time? Kind of implicates them too.

I don't go that deep into lore and no I don't remember him talking about anything mde in particular just demons and psyop stuff constantly.

Charls never Markyposted because the Marky shit is not real. It's just made up online bullshit that catches on and ends up manifesting itself as truth because of how far and long it's spread.

I heard sam did a bunch of shit to him like report Charles to the IRS. Can't remember where.
To me, if someone was that unbelievably shitty to me I would say everything I know about Marky in a heartbeat. Not saying the Marky thing is fake, its just all very strange.

It's barely a joke. It was to show how he could essentially stare Joe in the face with a sign over head flashing "THIS IS A JOKE" and Joe somehow still couldn't get it.

He convinced Joe he had a tapeworm and needed to eat every 20 minutes and pre-applied fake bear scratch marks to his chest because he knew Joe Rogan is such a hack retard that he would bring up bears. And then when Joe brought up bears like the hack retard he is he took his shirt off to show his bear claw scars.

The whole thing was just to fuck with Joe and expose how Joe "only 250 comedians in the world" Rogan is a fool.

I don't think he reported him to the IRS, I think he put his name on bills that he then owed taxes on to avoid paying debts himself.

I’ll give Sam some leeway and say he likely didn’t bring his A-game because dealing with the catastrophic failure of Fish Tank must have brought massive financial loss and pressure. He’s only human, after all.

That said, I watched the video, and Sam definitely lost control of himself. He’s clearly not used to someone who can dish it back at his usual trolling antics. He struggles to handle sincerity, and his deep-rooted irony—coupled with his inability to own a bad joke and say “just kidding”—really backfired this time.

Sam thrives against normies, but the moment someone engages him on his level, he loses control fast. It wasn’t even a 5D chess move that beat him—just a guy willing to play as an equal.

He did address it and unfortunately I can't remember when or find a clip but he for sure 100% did when the Soph video started gaining traction. It was also when he was still taking superchats directly from fans on one of his streams reviewing user submissions. Chris, who is notoriously bad at reading out loud, let the question slip passed and Sam was like, "fuck it, I'll address it. Marky was a fan of mine she used to work with me. She had nosebleeds which is how she first got attention from the freaks on 4chan in the first place. We posed for a picture and that's what you see in the meme."

He didn't deny/address having sex with her or anything but did "clear up" the allegations of him beating her and giving her the bloody nose. The photo was also released the exact same period when he was being memed for choking women because he took pictures of himself pretending to choke girls at parities. The meme was "the weak should fear the strong." One of earliest SH memes. So there's some added context.

I realize not having the link to back it up basically means I could just be lying but I don't really care and I know that Sam's word also isn't good enough for his biggest haters do there's not really a point anyway. Just posting what I remember.

That story originated from Charles vagueposting about people reporting OF models to the IRS many years ago. Sam's explanation was that he gave Charles a 1099 and didn't pay him under the table and Charles got confused.
