i was talking to youtubers, my friends trying to see if someone would give me an opposing position, and everyone I've talked to doesn't think this should be on Roblox. I even talked to a trans friend of mine and they told me and I quote "this has no place being on a place for children. why is ruben getting cancelled for this"

I honestly think twitter is just full of idiots. nothing ever productive happens on there and it's typically where chronically online porn addicts waste their time all day. i dont use it as much as I used to for that reason

It's always the "Why aren't you discussing about equally horrible thing that shouldn't be allowed on ROBLOX?" type of crowd. Same ol', same ol'. It's the same thing with the "retroslop" trend.

"Why aren't they discussing the gooner avatars? Why are they so judgemental of so much joy and whimsy?" Maybe it's because everything's already been said and done about gooner avatars? We know they're terrible and we know anyone who uses it deserves a permanent or long time ban off ROBLOX and maybe the internet entirely. What else do you want people to say? It's expected people are going to want to talk about other things. It doesn't have to be some grave, serious thing in order for them to make a topic on it.

That's what Ruben Sim's current video was about. It's not the end of the world if someone poorly emulates and, dare I say, appropriate, old Roblox. But it's still a stupid spectacle to gawk at. Ruben's not losing sleep over a Forsaken player's "joy and whimsy" cosplay. He just think it's stupid.

I for one am happy to see Ruben talk about an aspect of Roblox that isn't about the compromised status of child safety measures on the platform, or showing me disgusting avatars, groups, or assorted blackpills from there.
