Roughly seems like a schmuck (law school stats):
But an expensive schmuck (Milbank LLP pedigree) that is maybe on par with Ethan's lawyer.
Best case scenario is both parties spend an ungodly amount on attorneys and then bitterly settle after years. I think it would take a final judgment to get attorneys fees for Ethan, and Denims may be interested in spiting him all the way on that procedurally.
Anyone got the complaints for Frogan/Kaceytron? I'll get the litigation filings if I have the case numbers.
