In my opinion, the Biblical flood of Noah occurred during the 5.9 kiloyear event, around 6,000 years ago, coinciding with an anomaly or sudden drop in Earth's magnetic field, the desertification of the Sahara, and the Y-chromosome bottleneck, during which 19 out of 20 male lineages went extinct.

Another two possible dates are the 8.2 kiloyear event or the Younger Dryas period. However, in my opinion, the Biblical narrative begins 6,000 years ago with the start of the Age of Taurus, following the Biblical Flood.

This event is what destroyed most of the population and marked the beginning of the current Kali Yuga, or the Iron Age—the long winter in the Great Year.

According to him he was raised in a two parent household and hates single moms with a fiery passion.

I would pull up some more tweets but he privated his account lol.

Could still be raised by a single mom and just lying. I think it’s odd to think about single moms that much.

He’s claiming the equivalent of being a six figure earner former football star who married his 10/10 submissive high school sweetheart but through his mom being a beautiful tomboy misogynist.

Damn I think it is the same guy who cried when Nasrallah got bombed. It’s the same army fatigue anime girl with blue in the background and a Cyrillic name ‘aesthetic’ that I remember.

Because I remember seeing that and thinking “you can predict this guy’s entire worldview just from this information.”

Either that or he contracts vtuber-itis and become gunty-chan or something.
ngl the idea of Ralph piloting a fat, jiggly, Jabba the Hut-ish blob would be pretty funny.
Another thing to keep an eye out for is Love and Deepspace, which may single handedly be responsible for declining birth rates in Asia. This game is somehow hard wired to make women dependant on it for romantic validation (and sexual validation, but that's another matter).
Was that the one Tenma talked about spending thousands of dollars on just to pull a dude in a towel?
Looks like orange man agreed with Josh and persuaded Coca Cola to use cane sugar instead.
I've had sugar coke before its quite nice compared to corn syrup slop.
This honestly may be the best thing to happen. I hope they get that shit out of all sodas I might actually drink them again.
From what I understand both corn syrup & cane sugar break down into glucose, it's just corn syrup breaks down at a slightly higher ratio using equal parts, so it will taste sweeter & less acidic. I'm mostly indifferent on the matter, I haven't noticed to much of a difference in taste but I'm also not a big soda drinker.
I remember watching this show as a kid. The characters look & move so lifelessly now. I'm glad it got put down.

In retrospect whoever that guy was that did the Bored Apes documentary on youtube did a banger of a job, I still think of his short summary of 'surfing the Kali Yuga" being bad right-wing nihilism and somehow an indictment of the creators. Also that Gargamel lore drop :story: Ethan Klein and Asmongold both reacted to it, so I think I've relistened to it six times.

It was a little retarded but well researched, probably the hardest any lefty ever tried to peel back plausible deniability. I do love my Inner Earth, Hyperborea, Ancient Aliens lore dumps half ironic

Didn't he do a schizo rant about how the bored ape logo has the same number of teeth as a nazi skull or something.

He's not wrong about the in-jokes or well-hidden iconography, he was wrong about thinking anyone associated has any sort of actual allegiance to 1940s German political parties and not just a shitpost. Lefties are so eager to find a True & Honest nazi so that they can tilt at windmills while hardcore hating on Israel themselves.

Total payment processor death is revving up on twitter. Maybe you can take advantage of the fury to shill your banker knowledge and fan the flames.

@Null
Odysee has finished implementing decentralized payment that circumvents Stripe.
Announcement

It’s here. After months of development, testing, and iteration, we’re excited to officially launch our new fully decentralized payments system - built entirely on Arweave blockchain technology and designed for anyone to use. Whether you’re a creator, viewer, lurker, or just someone who wants a simple way to send and receive payments online, this system is for you.
And most importantly, we’re proud to offer you this new payment experience that aligns with the core values Odysee was built on: freedom, autonomy, and resilience.
The same values we know you all signed up for.
This launch marks the beginning of our journey toward fully decentralizing Odysee and migrating to Arweave (Watch a video and read more about Odysee’s future
)

A quick recap (ICYMI):

For a while, we used Stripe to help creators get paid in fiat. It worked until it didn’t.
What started as a straightforward monetization tool quickly became an obstacle. Stripe began requiring KYC processes that extended beyond what was reasonable, demanding we collect unnecessary user data. But the final straw was this: Stripe wanted us to implement third-party moderation tools to monitor content across all of Odysee, not just content monetized through Stripe to ensure it aligned with their corporate policies. They even went as far as to demand that we remove certain creators.
We’ll say it plainly: We have no interest in handing over moderation authority to Stripe or third-party companies that have values we don’t share. So instead of jumping to another centralized processor (and likely facing the same issues again), we chose a different path: one that gives you more freedom, non-existent fees, and greater control.

Our new decentralized payments feature:

Our new payments system is built upon the Arweave Blockchain and powered by Arweave (AR) cryptocurrency. In future, we will be adding support for USD Stable Coins.
Currently it is integrated via Wander Wallet. We opted to build something oriented around cryptocurrency as it's decentralized, borderless, and the only real option that would be truly censorship-resistant by design.
Our new Payments feature has parity with the old system, but there are a few new special things that make it much better than our old system:
  • Send Payments to anyone, anywhere (you don’t need to be a creator): Our payments feature isn’t limited to content creators. Think of it like a global peer-to-peer cash app only without restrictions. If someone has an Odysee account with Wander Wallet enabled, you can send them one time payments. Whether they’re a friend, a fellow community member, or someone offering services, you can use Odysee as a general-purpose payment tool.
  • Tip creators, channels, and basically anyone you want: Okay, so you may be thinking that you could do this before -- sure, you're not wrong. But now, you can send tips and one time payments of any amount. Whether it's 1 cent or 1 million dollars, now you can send it.
  • No more transaction fees & cuts: Because this new system is decentralized, you will no longer need to pay obnoxious processing fees to Stripe, nor will you find that your final payment amount is reduced because of these fees.
  • Memberships are way more flexible, and cheaper now: Creators can now offer custom membership tiers at whatever price point they choose - even in micro-amounts - and keep 100 percent of what they earn. Memberships now happen directly through the blockchain, so transaction fees are negligible.
  • Buy and rent content: Content sales, pay-per-view rentals, and exclusive content drops now flow entirely through decentralized payments. Just connect your wallet, and you’re good to go.
  • Top up once, spend freely: Instead of paying 30¢ + 2.9% on every payment, tip, membership, or purchase like before, you now just top up your balance once (with a fee so small it’s practically invisible). After that, each payment comes from your balance and costs mere fractions of a penny. More of your money goes to the people you support - and they keep every single cent.

How to get started:

Full instructions can be found here
To use the new system, you’ll need a Wander wallet connected to your Odysee account. Setting this up is easy:
You can sign up with Google, Apple, X, Facebook, or your email.
Once you've created and set up your wallet, you can start sending and receiving payments.
Important: If you are a creator with existing memberships, your subscribers will have a one week grace period to renew their membership under the new decentralized system once you’ve set up your own wallet. After that window, their subscription will no longer be active. We understand that some audiences may need more time to adjust, so if you require an extension, please contact us at help@odysee.com and we'll be happy to work with you.
Because the new system is fully decentralized, automatic recurring billing is not currently possible. Instead, subscribers will need to make manual monthly payments to maintain their memberships. Payments can be made up to two weeks before the renewal date, and subscribers will receive timely notifications and email reminders to help ensure they don’t miss a payment.

Transition away from Stripe & LBC tipping:

As previously announced, Stripe-based monetization tools have now been fully retired. No new Stripe creator accounts are being accepted, and tipping, memberships, and other miscellaneous purchases via Stripe have been shut down.
While you can still tip creators with LBC, this feature is being deprecated and retired by July 10th.
Odysee Premium memberships have also been canceled. However, badges earned through your support will remain permanently displayed on your profile as a token of our appreciation. We may bring this feature back in the future, as a way for the community to support Odysee itself.
All future monetization will now occur through our new decentralized system.

A new era of online payments:

We didn’t just build this system to replace Stripe. We built it to remove the need for companies like Stripe altogether.
This is the beginning of a platform-wide shift toward giving our community full control over value exchange, without interference, surveillance, or arbitrary restrictions. Because we've built this new payment system on top of Arweave, we can now enable borderless, peer-to-peer payments that anyone can use, regardless of whether they’re a creator.
With all this said, we invite you to explore what’s possible. Send a tip. Set up a membership based on a microtransaction. Or use your account to send a payment to somebody across the world, instantly and freely.
Welcome to decentralized payments on Odysee.
Sincerely,
The Odysee team

They are doing away with LBC (Oodles) too, so cash them in while you can.
They are moving to something called Wander Wallet / AR Tokens / Arweave, or something.

I'm not very familiar with this kind of stuff, I really only understand the XMR style of crypto. What do you think?
