He was sentenced to between 16.5 and 40 years back in 2016, so he won't be getting out until (at minimum) 2032, but he'll probably stay in prison until 2056.

Yeah, ive listened to the court hearings from Diaper Deviant before, and to my recollection, that was for Medicaid services specific to the Mental Hygiene law. He had to fit specific criteria for those services, which are funded through Medicaid for DD waivers, and developmental disabilities specifically. Since Andy didn't receive those specific DD services, and had to go to court to appeal, there is no fraud in that specific instance.

If you don't think he's likely to catch some heat down the line for getting services which basically amount to sexual assault on healthcare workers, I don't know what to say. I don't think he has defenders but I think we are seeing a trend of people just like him faking a disease/disability just to get free housing and it's gonna be that way until healthcare workers learn to put their foot down and say no
