I'll never not get a kick out of Nebula's CEO bragging about the perks the Nebula platform provides to creators who join are invited to join their collective. Specifically he bragged about the access to Getty databases, old newspaper archives, Lexis Nexus databases, etc for research purposes, & how Nebula providing creators with these tools has helped its content creators produce their videos faster.

You know what also provides access to those databases? For free, I might add - a basic library card. The fact that those databases available in any standard American library were being touted as fancy perks means that the average Breadtube Nebula-er video essayist probably never wrote a basic college level research paper before.

Yeah, I could have told you that none of these people are honest students or at the top of the class. These people remind me of a guy I knew in high school, not a bad guy, later joined the military, but some one who was not as smart as he thought he was. I also used to love to laugh at all the theater kids who would try and lecture me about politics and I would just roll my eyes knowing I got better grades in them. I knew that because my teacher allowed me to deliver the grades to one of her Co teachers and I would totally look through them because I'm a weirdo like that.

I mean civilizations are cyclical, but history itself clearly isnt, just look at technological progress, even in the absence of the Roman Empire we still have aqueducts.
