Im a big believer in not "punching down" when it can be avoided like in this instance these 2 people have 5 and a half squirrels worth of intellectual processing power between them but that isent like an inherent sin, you know? its ok to be stupid, Im living proof. Its when its mixed with vitriol and attempts to silence or threaten where I feel its very ok to mock them and deride such attempts.
But this shit its like, what do you even do? like you can make fun of it but its already "funnier" someone would believe what they believe and wrote than anything we can really come up with so your left halfway wanting to engage with them while knowing full well its pointless and futile.
"And the government defends those rights" is the real cherry for me, do they even think what that means? Government enforcement means police or federal agents or the like, they dont even consider it, they are so videogamepilled that they think a law passing just passively changes behavior.
But its so far worse than that when you think about it, the 10 STARTING rights are routinely violated and there is hardly a whimper from either side but theirs specifically.
