Also, the teaser trailer for Pixar's upcoming movie, Hoppers, is also released. So far, it feels like the humor in this is taking cues from DreamWorks and Illumination

On the one hand the trailer for Fixed makes it look so terrible, and I was not without misgivings after the project was announced...on the other....I really don’t care if it’s unfunny or there's too many shots of animal buttholes, I was intrigued by the mere idea of an adult comedy 2D cartoon that actually looks like a cartoon and is not some terrible animated sitcom some talentless millennial hacks cooked up where most of the run time is taken up with shots of characters that always have the same facial expression no matter what they're saying and it's 😐

GT made Dexter’s Lab, Samurai Jack, Syn-Bionic Titan, Primal and so on, after years of being chewed up and spit out and kicked in the face by the industry, I’d say let him have his silly dog butthole movie, It’s not hurting anybody, and I doubt we're going to see a deluge of deviant furry porn kicked off after it's premiere or somethin'.. At worst, it barely gets watched and is filed away as a failed experiment where the animation was interesting, but the story was subpar.

I was going to make a comment how, were Tartakovsky making anime like he wished to be, he’d be nearing the age in which most of them die. Turns out he’s younger than my dad, however, which really makes the span he’s been putting out quality work all the more impressive.

It reminds me of what happened to jellystone. That show had actual talent attached to it, most notably ch greenblat of spongebob and chowder fame. But at the same time he was working with some of the most woke and reprehensible people in the Industry despite being no name dei hires.

And they're the ones who pretty much ensured jellystone would be a steaming pile of crap.


How much of fixed is GT trolling the Industry that screwed him over time after time and how much is a bunch of retards proving the "writers barley disguised fetish" meme true even in 2025? Remains to be seen.

In something like primal that makes sense it's just meant to convey an uneasy feeling to the audience. Fixed looks like it's going for straight up comedy though and that's a lot more shaky ground to tread when it comes to writing that sorta thing. Especially cause we've seen the kind of comedy fixed is going for like a thousand times before.

I remember seeing a bit where the new seasons tried to make us feel bad for Sugar Mama because her family was mildly mean to her as a kid. Despite her abusing her own son heavily.

Not even gonna acknowledge the weird shit Genndy is getting into.
