It has been mentioned but it's not really a huge topic that can warrant a ton of discussion on its own. Trump's not at risk of dying overnight or anything, after all. It shouldn't affect his presidency unless it progresses to something life-threatening during his administration. This is a concern but it's one we can easily put aside unless it actually happens. I assume we'd get news if it does worsen or we (or Reddit Detectives™) would at least notice if Trump's making less public appearances or struggling to keep up the veneer of perfect health. If it does reach that point, that's when it'd start overtly affecting his presidency and that's when we'd see extended talk about the implications.
