It was a preliminary hearing.

My client was in custody and on the big screen. He was in the jail down below the courtroom.

The court uses a zoom-knock off to do these hearings so the laptops are where the cameras are located. That's why the victim came up and sat next to me to give her testimony.

The guy who yelled was my client' brother. This judge doesn't tolerate even the slightest bit of bullshit so he got booted.


While I say I don't talk about things, this is out in the open and I am just explaining the situation itself, not the case.

Would you say that most of your clients are usually this retarded and refuse to take the hint to shut up or was this behavior some what out of the ordinary from your clients?
 
Sean mentioned on stream Thursday night that Nate the Lawyer talked about some personal strife last Friday on Eric Hunley's Laid Back News. But Potentially Criminal didn't feel like it was his place to elaborate.

Can anyone help a lazy brutha out so I don't have to go look for myself?

So the news was Nate's wife's cancer diagnosis but not much other details.

I'm really shocked to see Nick back on the panel of Hunley's Laid Back News as if nothing happened, especially with the recent anniversary just passing of Balldo's arrest.

- Hunley's panel show was my personal introduction to Balldo. I was watching the show as a follower of Viva Frei, who in turn I had discovered when he was brought on as a "legal expert", kek, on Beauty & the Beta (Matt Christiansen & Rebecca Hargraves - aka Blonde) to opine on some American legal matter. I remember being confused the 1st time seeing Balldo on Hunley that the panel was giving so much deference to a pasty, skinny, dysgenic, underdressed manchild. This would've been pre-Rittenhouse. I believe I remember Skelly talking about his idea to pioneer trialstreaming.
- Between Null's "Pull Up" decree & the revelation of the "Man-dy" catfish, I'd notice that Hunley would serially put Balldo in the thumbnail for his Friday panel but Nick would blow him off for months at a time. I'd post about it in Nick's thread until I lost interest and stopped following.
- Hunley did a Friday episode of LBN immediately following Balldo's arrest last May (which was a Thurs IIRC). Hunley hurriedly stripped all the Rekieta clips from his intro and reverted to a basic bitch one that week, claiming that "he'd been planning on doing it anyway"
- I know Nate has been somewhat in the anti-Balldo camp for simply covering some of Nick's criminal trial honestly.
- I see in the clip posted, Nate specifically says paraphrased wrt introspection with his wife's illness "None of the shit we fight about really matters. I hate him because he said this..."
- To which Balldo uses the opportunity to make an insincere nonspecific apology to Nate, to which Nate sort of does the same.

Disappointing to see Hunley allowing an unrepentant & toxic Rekieta back in the henhouse barely a year after being panicked and trying to wash his hands of him.

Andrew Branca is apparently rebranding his YT content and setting up a second channel.

It seems as though he's taking his main self defense channel and rebranding it around his own personality, his political views and perhaps law topics in general. He rebranded his 224k sub channel that's been around since 2013.

Branca is still featuring Rekieta Law on his main channel.


I can't actually find a second channel for his more topical Law of Self Defense content. Perhaps he hasn't actually created it and moved his more expert and focused content over there yet.

I could only find this backup channel he made in Oct 2022 after Depp that only has <8k views total. And that he seems to have completely abandoned.

People are claiming he groomed a kid and that's why he had to flee the US. As far as I understand it (and someone please correct me if I'm wrong) the rumour started in a Johnny Somali discord, and then it was amplified by Hasan orbiters mad at him for pointing out the retards Ethan Klein is suing are basically fucked and now Rekieta is getting in on it because he's a faggot, and big mad at LM for not toeing the balldo line.

Meme Copium addressed some of the d'Adesky rumors at the start of his 6-hour stream earlier in the week reviewing the Johnny Somali documentary by some nobody sperg Alex Novell that included the unsubstantiated allegations.


TL; DW
- Some nobody wannabe filmmaker named Alex Novell wanted to make a pro-Johnny Somali doc
- He convinced Somali to give him access by promising him a cut of any potential Netflix sale that will never happen
- Somali got duped. Novell flew to Korea to meet Somali and make his doc in a sympathetic light
- At some point Novell reached out to d' Adesky asking for him for a live interview for the doc
- LM replied that he was too busy/was inconvenient with SEA timezones, offered to answer presubmitted written questions or even record himself audio recordings of his answers as a compromise. d' Adesky has released DMs of this conversation.
- Novell, unsatisfied with the offer, kept pushing for a live interview because he demanded that the answers come off as candid for his doc
- Eventually without getting his demands, he started threatening to blackmail LM if he didn't cooperate, warning he would leak something scandalous if he didn't participate
- LM blocks Novell
- Novell starts complaining on social media that d' Adesky is profiting too much off Somali coverage, wouldn't agree to do his doc because there was no SC grifting involved, claims LM has made something like 300 Somali videos
- LM releases the DMs of their convo showing his previous gracious of compromise
- Novell makes his amateur doc, releases it this past Fri
- the doc makes allegations that d' Adesky has been barred from repatriating to the US for the last 2 years because of outstanding allegations/charges of child diddling
- Meme Copium, somewhat LawTube adjacent and self-admitted friend of LM (the two met in person this past weekend in Tokyo) has some contact via DMs with Novell in a generally friendly manner the week before & after the doc's release to refute some of his Somali & d' Adesky claims
- Meme says he personally doesn't believe the allegations, but would be the "first to feed Andrew to the woodchipper" if they are proven to be true
- MC notes that d' Adesky has been back on US soil within the last 2 years as proven by his latest Fresh & Fit live appearance
- also notes extradition treaties between Thailand and the US, Thailand is not a logical jurisdiction to flee to hide US justice
- notes there is no statute of limitations on child diddling, makes no sense to hide out abroad
- also notes that US law may recognize CSAM & child sexual abuse crimes committed abroad
- MC reveals that in confidence d' Adesky has told him that the Somali stans are completely unhinged, that they've tried to set up honeytraps inviting him to links specifically riddled with CSAM to frame him

The countries in green have extradition treaties with the US, and even if there isn't one a whiff of some aid money, FID assistance, etc will make most nations turn you over ASAP.
