The funny thing about waivers is people think they're a words of binding to let companies off the hook, but that's not the case in my limited experience. When I did my work regarding risk mitigation/assessment and waiver writing in college, I was surprised to find they didn't generally mean shit when it came to civil cases.

I asked legal when I got to the real world and handed in my first risk assessment and mitigation plan about waivers and was told their main purpose is to help show the insurance company you've done your due diligence. They can be used to bamboozle potential plaintiffs into signing out of court settlements or could help sway a jury at trial if it came to that, but they're no magic bullet.

A lot of states have limited the effects of waivers. They're okay for something like where someone goes to a baseball game and gets bonked on the head by a baseball to show that the person knew this was a possibility, but really in theory they don't even need a waiver for that, it's just a risk you assumed when you showed up to a baseball game, since any idiot knows this can happen.

Very often, though, it won't cover gross negligence or other acts and omissions that lead to avoidable harms. It also generally won't cover intentional acts, e.g. you're heckling the pitcher and he deliberately beans you.

Yes. I had a brief write-up about Kiandria Demone in the middle of the Shiloh Hendrix fiasco. TL;DR she's about on par with Fatrick for parenting and financial skills. Based on his current trajectory, it seems the prize pig's future is going to be arguing with people who about match his situation in life, but he will not be given the benefit of the doubt because he subscribed to retard politics and will be crushed under the weight of the progressive stack (still not as heavy as his own corpulence.)

I talked to a Wisconsin homeowner a good amount of times and she said the buyback rate for extra electricity is artificially low (I don't remember the exact terms) in Wisconsin which is why the homeowners haven't bought them, plus Milwaukee winters.
