WSJ has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they have enough credible evidence to assume that it's real and that they did their journalistic due diligence to verify its authenticity to publish this story. They can't possibly do that because it's a 20 year old letter. That's precisely why they won't even fight it in court and they'll just settle. That's why nearly everyone who's sued over claims like these has won or gotten a settlement. It is NOT on Trump to prove that it's false. You can't prove it's false or true.
