All of them. They all have a kernel of truth to them. UFOs for example. Part of the "conspiracy theory" is that there is a secret government program and huge coverup of experiments. That's fucking true whether there are aliens or not. The liberals want a world without mystery, so they convinced themselves the world is without mystery.

imo some big conspiracy theories that seem silly are astroturf'd but end up being believed, others are real and very much originated from real belief, but are given WAY too much exposure and the people who believe them being way overrepresented compared to their actual numbers
there will always be some guy who believes in anything you can think of, but the sorta thing that used to just be "aw, this crazy kook" is now presented as a widespread epidemic of dangerous misinformation

the creation of the 'birds no real' theory was fake as tits but that doesn't mean some guy didn't hear it and actually thought it makes sense

another way they discredit conspiracy theorists is by painting them all in the same group making the average person thinks someone who is a "conspiracy theorist" believes in literally every single theory available, even the contradictory ones

Even if it's literal "junk," that is to say random noise that can mutate with zero effect on the individual (like the "hypervariable" areas of mitochondrial DNA), a lot of metabolic energy is consumed just making copies of it. Possibly metabolic efficiency could be improved by editing it out, but I think it's more likely you'd see unforeseen consequences.

One effect would be a higher likelihood for mutations to occur in important parts of the genome. There is also some some reason to believe that junk DNA helps with the structure of chromosomes. You can imagine how much harder it might be to fold and keep a piece of paper readable if you've filled every blank spot on it with information. You can also imagine how external sources of mutation, like objects damaging DNA directly like is the case with asbestos causing lung cancer(and other ill effects) or radiation hitting chromosomes, that a genome with more junk DNA is less vulnerable to critical damage being done.

There is actually some evidence too that junk DNA also serves as a way for organisms to, for lack of a better word, gamble with their genome for new traits or adaptations. While mutations are often very untargeted and random in nature(not always though), the mechanisms used to repair genes and try to undo mutations aren't. This paper for example shows that MMR, AKA DNA mismatch repair, preferentially targets actively transcribed DNA. Meaning junk DNA would be overlooked and allowed to be altered more often than used genes.

That's why they use "junk" DNA like the hypervariable sections of mitochondrial DNA. Almost all of the mutations in actually functional sections are actively harmful or even fatal.
 
Yeah junk DNA makes a nice buffer to protect the actual coding DNA from copying errors. Some of that "junk" might also serve some nigh impossible to discern purposes. I remember reading that a group of researchers were using evolutionary algorithms to develop radio receivers (I think) and some of the evolved receivers had what looked like completely unnecessary "junk" bits. When the "junk" was removed, the entire thing stopped working So who actually knows.

Well. There is the hypothesis that pandemics are modulated or influenced by cosmic rays, or variations in the flow of charged particles between the earth and the sun. It's generally treated as bunk, but there's enough coincidence to make it not entirely dismissable out of hand.

After all, that's where the flu got its name; it was originally believed to be caused by the inflow (or influentia) of an invisible fluid from the stars.

That's neat to think about at least since radiation will weaken your immune system and bacteria(and I believe viruses too) tend to be more resistant to radiation than we are. I remember that diseases are a greater risk on the ISS specifically because of that and thus why they do so much to keep everything clean.

You know how you watch those interviews with celebrities, and they say, "Oh I never watch myself on screen" or they say that they never watch other actors.

They say it because they don't want to contaminate their content or copy someone subconsciously. But great minds think alike, right?

So my conspiracy theory is that celebrities do not watch each other they watch US. They hack our phones, and computers and they watch us, and they track us, normal boring people.

You'll be following someone and then all of a sudden they start saying things only you know, and it's not some schizo "My TV is talking to me!" kinda stuff they start coming out with movies that are right on the nose, slang that's way too new to be wide spread and they also seem to be right on the pulse of what's the newest heath thing or psychological thing.

Because they're watching us, and reading us. I'm not sure if it matters, like you have to be mega rich or you have to be super famous, small groups/artists I have seen with this power always let it out.

Power is indeed intoxicating and this is 'power' because they think they got you all figured out and that is fearful to some because they can be easily 'disabled' with a secret admission or a public embarrassment, using your human emotion super powers against you which exposes their demon mindset of trying to shake your foundation and lead you astray.

People LOVE talking about themselves and they also love reading about themselves so they love your search history, what you shop for and what you do online because they're just copy-cats who's job it is to be 'someone' on screen or in music. Empty.

The rapper M.I.A. has come out and started that she felt she was robbed and they used her computer to build up artists. Not only do they do this to their own kind or someone with actual alleged talent they do this with everyone. and I think it's literally, everyone.

The first video is one about what happened and the second is a music video where she shows a silicon masked model that they stole her laptop and "cloned" her career.

I firmly believe Elon Muck gave Azelia Banks, or gave her even more access to this technology, she lets it out waaayyy too much that she knows, she knows, she knows, so she's an obvious one. She's not insightful or knowledgeable, she's just reading through people's accounts or listening in. And why she sounds like many different people at once.

YouTubers, tik-tokers, any kind of social media person does this as well. If you subscribe to them or you sub to them, you post, you do anything, well they have already looked you up and they already have you "hacked" by themselves or by their guy who does it for them.

Since we're just having fun here, and this is all just speculation I can state exactly who I think does this. I also have very very specific names if you're agreeing with my train of thought.

Celebrities, YouTube commentary community, the debate community, IRL streamers.

Sometimes someone will come out with a video before someone and it's just a "coincidence" right? No they saw and wanted the credit (more evidence of lack of thought) through their Google documents or where ever else you digitally have your information stored.

They use passive aggression, something only you would know, or rather something only you could text or type or search for, that's their scope. Once again this is not schizo "they're talking to me through the TV!", it's all stuff you searched or read or texted. They change their display pictures, their...wigglers or they add in jokes only you would know or make random statements that are just to insult your appearance, intelligence, even health because that is insecure body dysmorphia and since most of these are men they love attacking the body which is why men make the best physically ugly monsters as artists.

I've been observing this for the past 5 years now since the pandemic. I also believe in the clone theory and also the theory that some famous people (even YouTubers) are just personas that are played by many people. Now that the A.I. technology is out you can see how they did it, and how many 'people" are actually dead or changed or cloned or never existed in the first place.

The brain crystallizes and some phrases can not be unsaid, some pathways are far too deeply grooved and they end up slipping up and showing what they know how they know it and where they got it from. You'll start to see it too.
