It's pretty much a consensus in the legal community that filing that lawsuit is the dumbest move Trump could have made. It's going to force a lot more shit to come out that he's been trying to hide. Also, the burden is on him to prove that the letter is fake. And he's finding out that the WSJ isn't going to cave as easily as CBS did.

He also keeps shooting himself in the foot because he never knows when to shut the fuck up. Saying that he "never uses the word enigma" and "doesn't draw" was immediately debunked.

I wouldn't be surprised if, when the reality of his situation hits, he pulls a TACO and withdraws the suit. He'll use some word salad to explain why.
