She might have histrionic personality disorder, which is the one Cluster B disorder everyone seems to forget exists for some reason (which is ironic, if you think about it).
Honestly HPD is just a subtype of BPD, and she meets the criteria, the mental stability of a cluster B is Inversely proportional to the amount of skin showing.

I really need to dig more into cluster B disorders overlapping, but i found this fun study to mock, take it with a ton of salt, Indian Journal of Mental Health, sample size of 100 yet not a single participant dropped out over 12 months??? convenient sampling used also the sex ratio is not representative of the population at all, 85 moids and 15 women. God i wish i could redo this study with an actually valid methodology. Corresponding author literally uses Gmail, avinashdes888@gmail.com. 5 bucks says they basically made everything up, totally worthless study but anywayyy:

The ICD 11, which is used in my Eurofag country instead of the DSM V for billing & diagnostic purposes, got rid of the subtypes of personality disorders, and now you just have to meet the general criteria for diagnosis, and have the severity of the condition assessed. In effect, the emphasis on severity does make PDs kind of spectrum diagnoses now, at least in countries using the ICD 11. The future is here!

You can buy supplemental nutrition formulas like Sustagen in the chemist, but most enteral feeds are prescribed or sold through NDIS (that’s our disability insurance scheme) and you have to have a hospital dietician set you up with an account. I’ve only ever seen Fortisip and Nestle Resource offered - you can buy from some disability service providers at retail but at three or four times the price.

As I understand it Kate Farms is pretty expensive, but markets themselves as allergy friendly.
I think only the munchies, that were able to proof not being able to tolerate anything else, got it paid by insurance. That's why it became so popular in the first place. Kind of like a MCAS badge of honor. But I'm pretty sure most of them paid for it out of pocket and it became less novel.

I guess Fortisip is the more common one and of course they have to be extra special snowflakes. The flavored Fortisip in the bottles is pretty good, my kids would happily drink it.
The powder version in the can is not so much.
It has bad texture and the flavour is Urk.
My country, in its infinite wisdom, decided that your child can only have the good tasting kind if they are tube-fed, and can't taste it anyway. If they're just skinny and need to gain weight, they get the yucky canned kind.

Mom does have a ton of legit allergy stuff (no soy, no dairy) so we're going to order her the fortisip first and see what she thinks. Some of them don't taste too bad, but the smell is usually odd. Not necessarily bad, but odd.
You might be able to get sample packs from different brands to try some out and see what she likes best.
thanks for all of the positive comments on my first introduction to RDP. here's another part to keep you going while i comb through the rest of her bullshit. as a reminder, from 2019-2025 tiffany was living in an SNF (skilled nursing facility) because some evil hospitals got the ball rolling on a conservatorship for munchausen's despite her super duper real addison's disease (not because of her psychiatric issues). majority of tiffany's story posts over the last few years give a good insight into the bullshit she was pulling in this facility, and the ever-looming threat of eviction from the SNF.
one of the ongoing conflicts during her time in the SNF was related to the food and the kitchen staff. she would often call them sociopathic, evil, and/or accuse them of trying to kill her (either inadvertently or on purpose). tiffany seemed to be unhappy with ALL of the dietary options, even when they would go out of their way to offer (pretty decent) vegan substitutes and meet her demands requests. be warned, this section is basically just full of her complaining about the kitchen and not being able to eat anything while being 275+ pounds.
as you can see, she is very clearly malnourished and dying of malnutrition, yet also suffering from unexplained weight-gain due to maybe MCAS, maybe mitochondrial disorder, maybe a hole in her gallbladder, maybe an infection, who knows! keep in mind this is who's complaining about the kitchen. she also claims to be allergic to the water at the SNF of course.
in regards to the food she puts in her body, tiffany has high standards. unfortunately, her request for a whole, raw, organic, macrobiotic, ethical vegan diet went unmet at the facility. how dare they not give her ORGANIC fruit? it's really like they're trying to kill her!!! not enough protein, too many calories, vegetables are frozen and non-organic, too much waste, the list of complaints goes on and on.
despite the kitchen being evil, they still frequently went out of their way to provide her with vegan alternatives including beans, lentils, ezekiel bread, tofu, vegan cheese, vegan bacon, and vegan ice cream. complains about the tortilla being gluten, but can tolerate restaurant breadsticks. of course nothing was good enough for tiffany, and she could cook much better than the evil kitchen staff when she lived on her own.
she's receiving vegan bacon and has now been tolerating solids well. but she *needs* a potato every day, or else she is going to die or something. this excitement was short lived however when they changed the brand of vegan bacon which wasn't actually vegan. she was allergic to the eggs in it as well of course, but didn't experience anaphylaxis or have to go to the hospital. as an apology the kitchen manager bought her some vegan chicken patties.
this bitch is complaining yet gets a quesadilla, fruit, potato, and avocado every single day for breakfast. still bitching about various things including gluten, not having enough protein, and the kitchen being out of food.
around this time she started to say that she needed a soft food diet- spoiler alert, the kitchen starting giving her pureed foods (y'know, in keeping with her medical requests) but she was unhappy with this as well, then saying she needs an oral meal replacement. what meal replacement you may ask? well, kate farms of course!!! she got stuck with the bill (as these were obviously not medically necessary) so she started accusing the kitchen of medicaid fraud and threatening her PCP who refused to prescribe her the life saving kate farms
more proof that the staff there did seem to go out of their way to please tiffany (or simply to get her to fuck off and stop complaining for 15 minutes) by doing things like make her a vegan birthday cake, and ordering specialty vegan tofurkey roast for holiday dinner. was she appreciative? i'll let you read below (spoiler: no, she wasn't, and still found a way to complain). last i checked, eating too many calories and getting fat doesn't really count as a GI issue, but whatever.
she claims repeatedly that she needs gluten free food, despite having no documented history of celiac or gluten intolerance. of course she also needs food that is low in histamines. there were a few moments where the kitchen finally did things right, like making her a delicious sauce and some pancakes for breakfast. she's still upset that they're giving her solids, and says she's going to need a feeding tube (hope not!!!)
a visit with the ombudsman eventually left her with some more fresh food options including cantaloupe, mango, and oatmeal for breakfast. but the fruit isn't ripe enough for her fragile EDS gums and dietary staff are still committing fraud and making mistakes in her menu resulting in a "toilet emergency." claims that her gallbladder has a hole in it, and she's in too much pain to consume the nice meals they've made and needs a meal replacement, then also complains about the kitchen wasting so much food on her. ok eat it then!!!!! they also provided her with apple sauce when she said the beets and fruit were too hard, but the apple sauce is too oily so she thinks it might have animal additive in it that they aren't telling her about, which is a bodily violation, if you didn't know.
we then learn that a new kitchen manager started at the SNF! seems like they were already exhausted with her endless complaints and really weren't fucking around with her requests. you want vegan protein? you get turkey bacon. you can't tolerate avocado and need extra fat? you get some cups of olive oil. she wasn't happy with this either. this time period was full of tiffany posting pictures of her vegetables that she claims she had to fight for, as well as plugging her amazon wishlist so she can get her own special goodies. unable to eat crispy vegan bacon but can eat tortilla chips.
some retarded gullible followers did buy her things from her amazon wish list including tea, broth, agave syrup, and larabars. to nobody's surprise she doesn't complain about any of these things.
she also has shown that she can definitely order out and eat things that she claims not to be able to tolerate. shocker!!!! lol @ the ubereats complaint, just because she has to complain about literally everything.... of course she didn't stop using ubereats after she claimed to never use them again, classic fatty behavior. also proof that she can get her big back out of bed and take transit to go to a vegan restaurant.
throughout all of this, tiffany posted some of her results to show that she's actually dying of malnutrition and it's all the SNF's fault!
during this time period, she did take occasional breaks from complaining about the kitchen staff. she also was busy on the phone with various care providers and insurance providers bitching about not getting her oxy and IVIG while her IgG is plummeting (despite having normal bloodwork levels and being completely fine physically). she was also busy doing "difficult things" for her attorney re: her totally legit kidnapping case. again, more proof that this account belongs to tiffany moon despite her attempts to stay anonymous.
here's some photos of her decorations in her room, including a drawn picture of a mast cell that someone tried to rip down, probably for good reason. after 3 years the facility finally met her request to decorate for rare disease day. she got a zebra balloon and took a picture of it every day for over 60 days.
aside from the kitchen, it was very common for tiffany to complain about the decorations in the SNF at christmas, halloween, and year round in general. she is also triggered by the halloween decorations because she is a kidnapping survivor. these slides will never fail to make me laugh.
that's where i'll leave things for tonight. as i've previously mentioned there are hundreds upon hundreds of stories just like these and it's impossible for me to include them all, but hopefully these have given you some insight into why the SNF wanted to boot her ass out so bad. kudos to them for putting up with this hamplanet complaining for literal years on end and not just strangling her or something. next time i'll do a deeper dive into some of her totally legit diagnoses and her neverending quest for neurosurgical and vascular surgery interventions.
