Hormone gel is one of those things that should be applied by a trusted doctor (who doesn't support troonery) only. It should never been in the access of some random pooner or troon who thinks he's a lesbian. The effects are nasty when it's misused and disgusting.

These are known side effects of hormone gels, and if you fill a prescription for one of these medications the provided information tells you that exposing others is a possibility so you should not contact others w/the skin where the gel is applied and wash your hands thoroughly after you put it on. They are especially worried about exposing pregnant women. Sometimes in hospitals pregnant nurses trade patients to avoid the possibility of exposure to topical medications that cause birth defects.

ALT phalloplasty result photos with medical tattooing​

I had: ALT phalloplasty, glansplasty, nerve hookup, subtle medical tattooing on the head, semi rigid rod implant
I didn't have (phalloplasty without): UL, scrotoplasty, testicular implants, vaginectomy, or burial.
The medical tattooing (2 sessions) improved the glansplasty/head. That scar was white and flat already and probably would have faded more. It looks a lot more defined without making it too noticable that I had tattoo work there, which was my personal aim.
Around a year post op from the main stage including glans.

6 weeks post op​

First two pics are the most recent and last one was a few weeks ago. I ended up having really bad rashes which were horrible and I feel like are not mentioned enough of what can happen during early recovery. I'm all healed up for now, (hoping it stays that way) I have no complications and am peeing everything from my tip. I wanted to show how much my balls have already shrunk from a few weeks ago. Really excited to get implants in the next 6 months.

Hi guys!I’m currently 16 days post-op (double incision with nipple grafts). I’ve noticed that some of the scabs on my nipples are starting to fall off, but I also see yellow fluid collecting between the nipple and the surrounding skin. There’s no bad smell, and I don’t have a fever. I attached some photos. It doesn’t seem painful, but I’m a bit concerned. An update on the goofiest results for an orchiectomy I've ever seen from Meekuly, whose genitals are starting to now look more pool noodle than penile due to a grotesque hematoma. Grimly, he states that the left half of his pubic region swelled up and became "very painful," and that his shaft is numb, and that at one point the pain became so great that he had to call an ambulance, and his surgeon is still dismissing most of his concerns. All of this over a sneeze! Incredible; there is no hell hot enough for these butchers.

I went to have the bandages removed today, the doctor refused as the area is very bruised as said that I should have them removed on the 24th instead.

I have had no teal passive pain up to this point but since returning home I have sneezed, this caused my left public region to swell up and become very painful, also the stitch site hurts now when it did not before, no signs of bleeding or open wounds.

I assume the sneezing disturbed the left cord somehow causing that pain and the stitch pain is coming from the fact that a bandage is no longer tightly securing them.

I would like opinions please, the shaft is numb but not in pain, I can still urinate.

UPDATE, I called an ambulance due eo extreme pain, they took me back to the main surgeon who assured me that it's not normal but also that the site will heal on its own through reabsorption.
They have fitted me with a cathier in order for me to urinate and mandated another 7 days of rest.
The pain will come back but should be gone as fast as it arrived.
I am guessing this result is down to minoxidil that I was taking shortly before surgery.
No signs of infection, just a very bad himatoma that should clear on its own.

Another update, I am currently on bed. Unsure of what osin awaits but it has shrunk slightly and changed from an extremely almost black red to dark red normally associated with bruising.
It seems the doc was right about things being temporary but time will tell, I'll post ab update later tonight or tomorrow if things change.

They have since provided me with powerful painkillers and a cathier tube, this was more than 12 hours ago, the passive pain has since stopped and the swelling has gone down a decent bit.
I had to literally call an ambulance to have them do this for me though.
Note that I was in excruciating pain at the time.

4 days post SRS with Dr Sutin!​

Packing came off today and feeling so positive! Had my first wound cleaning which wasn’t painful either (had expected much worse). Pain has been minimal throughout - it’s more the small discomforts which get me (lower back pain, creaky joints). The most painful thing was the removal of the blood catheter, but that lasted less than two seconds. I’ve been standing up 3-5 times a day since the day after surgery and taking mini steps with the help of the kind nurses, which I think has made all the difference.

Cant talk about failed surgery without getting harassed​

I'm leaving this sub. I posted (and now deleted) photos of my surgery, asking for support for how it turned out.
Instead I was told over and over to get more surgeries when that is NOT what I asked. This sub is way to comfortable telling people to get surgeries they dont want, and then downvoting people who do not want those surgeries.
All I asked for was similar stories to mine and hope that things would be better with time. Instead it was more surgery recommendations and down votes for not wanting more surgeries.
Feeling alone, scared and sad. And I don't even have my own community for support. Just dogpiled on.
Oh but people where fine coming into my dms to ask who my surgeon was after all those downvotes? Unbelievable.
Edit: the post wasnt about a fistula and the guy in the comments is lying. My penis was boteched, stuck with a permanent bend, placed wrong, with a botched scrotum. Absolutely disgusting behavior in the comments from him.
Edit 2: doesn't help the surgical team ignored my severe uti symptoms, told me it was nothing, then i went to the local clinic only to discover I have a severe staph infection uti. So on top of everything I have to deal with that too.

Everyone here has been absolutely horrible to me over my botched phallo. 90% of you commenting didn't even see the photos and are making sweeping assumptions about my post. Yet people who SAW my post say I was botched and to not go back to that surgeon. I will be cancelling all further repairs with them (yeah i KNOW ABOUT REPAIR SURGERY.
