I am excited to begin the research into how this effects his channel metrics. Obviously monthly views will drop sharply, but I doubt it's gonna affect his sub drop because most people already stopped watching.
He definitely doesn't cobble it all together on the Monday because he said numerous times in the past about doing prep for videos through the week.
I guess it's possible he does all the recording on Monday but I doubt that too, although it would explain all the stock footage and recycled Cyril Sneer photos if his poor editor is sweating to pack the video with visual noise.

I was genuinely surprised that this has happened.
900k and the 800k special came and went with and due to sheer spite, editor gate came and again the spite kept him going.
Genuinely, I'm surprised that he didn't "spite it out" maybe "Jim fucking Sterling Son" is dead.
Also most likely, he still went ahead with the AGP rumble with Kid Bandit despite his back being fucked, so I wouldn't put it past him to be high as a fucking kite on pain pills at this moment.
Realistically, he's practicing for being on the government gibbs for the rest of his life. Though it really doesn't help his case to continue wrestling.

I don't think he's ever gonna do it again, the end of the bout was him playing dead; afterwards he got up and shambled off like a zombie, looks like character death to me. His cringe ass monologue at the beginning (that I fucked up the recoding of sorry again, it better not be lost media) was all about what a "career he didn't have" and "one last strike before doom" or some shit like that, one of the other matches was also a retirement bow-out; but Jim was the heel, so it makes sense he'd die at the end.
If he ever did it again I would be very surprised, I hope he does though.

Damn, he decided that the only thing on his channel (besides top 10's at the end of the year) worth (hate)watching is not worth skipping watching the worst movie in the quatralogy.

My money is on jimmy putting out more videos and other "work" in the coming months then usual, as a way of showing to his fans (and himself) that this will not be a trend.
And then, a month or two after that, it will be a 2 week break, more work, 3 weeks break and so on.

Agreed 100%, especially since he did just immediately give up instead of trying anything at all. Or even better, doing what any sane content creator should be doing and having a fucking backlog. Jims already late to 90% of what he talks about, he really should be batching production of things. Write a few scripts, record in bulk, edit in bulk, the hardest part of creative works is starting so once you're rolling, keep rolling. You could probably produce 3-4 eps in a 'good' week when the focus is there, and still have time for breaking news style video production as well. Upload on the normal video schedule, and your golden.
Then, when you inevitably have life happen and shit gets fucked up, reach into that backlog of content, and you are good to go. If for whatever reason you get a creative slump, or suddenly want to make a much higher effort production, or take a vacation, you can do all of that, and feed people the backlog. I never understand creatives who insist on crunch making their media then immediately releasing it. You can even automate the backlog posting so you don't need to be fucking reminded.
This isn't theoretical either, one of the webcomics I used to read has a running buffer watch on it. As of right now, crazy fucks got daily comics uploaded and scheduled until July 11th. Of 2026. And he's got half the patrons that Jim has to boot.
